  1. I have some each week until I see what transpires with roster...then the first 20 mins or so...then it just goes away...but I prepared for it so it doesn't sting as much..
  2. Cmon now...have a lil faith...lol
  3. I know...hes been quiet since the bomber gig
  4. How does one kid an ass? Lol I know more than 8 people tho that would lose zero sleep seeing him leave..and would encourage it.. 11 yrs is good tenure
  5. Was our boy Tait taking shots at us for criticism of OC guy? Seemed like it 😆
  6. AND hopefully his tenure here after the yr is done
  7. we gonna start off good....get up...then get out adjusted and coached....be out of it by 4th....and no player who could help us...or could be a possible fix will get any reps until about 1 min left...cause that's just how she goes here If I wrong will gladly eat crow...dont wanna see this but have to accept reality of how things have been trending since end of 2022 or scenario B....we play lights out and game of the yr....to gloss over our inadequacies for another week and the wind gets sucked out of the sails the following week with another embarrassing flop,
  8. oh great...Osh will be sporting a chub all game and not be focused on making good calls haha Ott totally shut down Mills and CGY's run game a few weeks back....and they have a better Oline than we do....They shut BO down and force us to beat em by passing...or creativity?....we screwed
  9. gimme moustafa johnson for ZC straight up...and a 2nd round pick
  10. makes sense as many of us have said we make/made zero adjustments and got out coached/schemed
  11. when we had success in the past...we had 6 legit guys who could take reps and actually make plays...Right now with Lawson on the shelf we have 4 (WJ...Vaughters...Person and Adams) Thats why we get minimal pressure tho going away from that lame contain let em beat the secondary scheme has helped...our secondary now is in shambles...so smart minds you would think would beef up the dline if they could....guess we aint smart yup....dare to dream tho eh?
  12. FROM what I know...He is ready, and game reps would be only thing to progress him now...But we figure dressing Ayers...a LB and having him out of position on dline, and then giving no reps is the way to go...like really?? Much like in 2023...Parker was ready to play well over a month before he actually got on roster...and was quite frustrated about it....
  13. yeah to have any success this yr it's gonna have to be riding the defense and ST's Defense still needs a few tweeks...like to see a few different guys already rostered get more use on it...hopefully adding a Woods...Bailey(to see if he has benefit) and relegating a couple guys to injury replacement only
  14. I have zero faith until proven otherwise in our coaching...and that's not just from losing 4 of our last 5 games...this has been since 2023 or so.....which coincides quite nicely with our talent and depth starting to age out...erode...or walk away. If not possessing a stacked roster...I not sure if we really have the coachability to pull things out of the fire, utilize, let alone recognize actual talent or make changes on the fly.... like i have said several yrs....coaching has been killing us...and we have scratched out a lot of wins in spite of the coaching....except when it really mattered (3 grey cups) or some glimpses of an actual Pro offensive play book....and play calling
  15. nope...that's my same thoughts....no real prep....limited opportunity to even do so if we desired to, but sadly Osh thinks we right there and some good film work and it will all work itself out....just lazy way going about things and really...an inability to even see the issues, let alone the ability to do anything about it
  16. yeah....zero depth with any experience then Even tho neither were gonna be all world game breakers but Mayala and Hakunavanhu would both have given us if anything some non-import depth.... and both have been starters and had success at times....but we just stood pat The fact we don't even seem to be trying to get better or try guys out is troubling...is it that our brain trust just thinks what we have is good and legit?...or is it guys are saying thanks...but no thanks to us??
  17. I'm more curious/concerned about our prepedness nd if we actually have done something...anything different to try and show we can adapt and actually game plan accordingly I have my doubts....and I fully expect us to look good with a drive or 2 outta the gate....seem dialed in on defence...and then just watch it slowly escape us as we have no ability or thought of adjusting anything....and doing some legit in-game coaching to secure the win....hope I wrong but.....................
  18. yeah....banking on Schoen being a legit number one this yr was a bad bad decision...really when you look at it...stupid as he wasn't even a yr removed from injury alone until what...week 4? So for our plan to replace Lawler and essentially Schoen's production we sign a guy (White Jr) who had an even worse injury than Schoen, re-upped Schoen ( we should have just 6 gamed him 1 or 2 times to ensure he was a bit more re-habbed) picked up Sterns who couldn't crack Sask roster (and last yr we had a better unit than them) and at best is a nice 3rd or 4th import option, and threw a big chunk at Mitchell and then promptly sat him as we made an excuse or 3 about him...or just didn't know how to use and implement him (take your pick) We brought in a nice group of new guys, then promptly cut them all and kept a guy Case who couldn't stay on roster here last yr, and when did get back on showed exactly why he couldn't claim a spot again...so really have to question the smarts and capabilty of our coaching and management at this point...cause man thats just brutal
  19. nor are we....so thats a wash Ottawa talent alone on offence compared to us may be the difference...
  20. Brown going off for 400+...4 td's....no pics....looking silky smooth will be a right kick to the plums...especially in front of a full house
  21. wasnt so much a case of Schoen being healthy...was the fact he may not even be ready, and if he was "ready" was less than a yr removed from surgery and every football person knows that coming back from that injury a lot of times...basically most times you are not the same player for at minimum half a yr after you are actually back in the field,,,more often than not a full yr....so that was a flawed and basically stupid decision...should have signed both....and made the dollars work...and we could have and eased Schoen in somewhat as opposed to hoping and depending on him to be your elite WR
  22. Sheehan has been fine since he stopped kicking the stupid crap...no all-star but way better than he was and isnt hurting us now....He goes back to punter guy tho if that crap starts happening again
  23. he was on a few snaps early on...as saw him....but basically just taking up space...didnt do much and had zero impact Just a waste of a spot nah...thats no biggie...Be more concerned of it was a staring receiver....but lotsa guys have pulled double duty doing that before...not uncommon I just don't think he the best option tho this yr yet in the backfield....but maybe this is his chance and with reps and learning as he goes he gets better and better....thats how you develop young talent and let em earn their chops...Osh forced to do so as we really have nobody...only way we get new blood integrted...by season ender injury or a guy moves on....
  24. lol...pretty much..... Ball...Hallett.....Kelly...very redundant and really serves no purpose....only 1 should be getting any rotation on defense....the other 2 be better served with say Cobb as another back up receiver and returner....and give Bailey his shot....if he shows he has use as a rotation guy then thats a win....But Osh loves to roster under performing and irrelevant Canadians for whatever reason....Drop Thomas...Ball...Hallett for guys who may actually add something other than 2 guys getting 6 to 8 reps a game chasing down kicks would be nothing but beneficial...and Thomas' contributions...or lack there of
  25. No...I was not complaining about that...nice try tho I said right from get go drafting a 27 yr old who looked good against kids was an idiotic waste I think part of our problem is signing too many these so called character guys...we need more guys with edge and attitude I just find it funny how when we desperate we can overlook some things
