thats a way easier transition..And totally non-comparable comparison....what was Demski?...a RB...Drury....many others.... Bailey was hardly pedestrian....his work away from the play...his speed and actual moves beating tackles pretty consistantly....actual combo of speed and power for a lankier guy...not sure what you saw...no offence btw, but he has a real good skill set and would make plays ifoffred the chance...and be nice to have game experience late in yr if injuries come up...which has killed us 3 straight yrs as we had nobody we trusted...or had experience...and we ran out a literally who's who of walking wounded was gonna mention..T.O'S safety was a receiver who switched to DB in camp....and started his forst pro game of his career there...and did rather well...transitions can be made...athletes can play anywhere if coached properly...within reason before someone says dont see many olinman playing DB...so will nip that in bud right now

okay...whats a glue guy?...define It's a totally overstated term/idealogy....you dont need all this glue over talent... we obviously were not happy and motivated last 3 yrs then....We moved on from Bighill as he isnt physically ready to play yet...and we knew he wouldnt be....but if he wasnt hurt do you really think he wouldnt be here?...I dont And I just waiting for the re-signing of him in the summer as nobody has yet...and him bumping a better...younger player off the roster...his injury made it easy for Osh to say we moving on

and both Novack and Kornelson...both of whom likely get zero reps of significance....especially Korn as Novack at least plays teams and is solid there...Bailey excluded for Korn makes zero sense...Bailey can take legit reps on defense...and plays teams

yeah I was just counting up....so again....just a poor choice....that and or the Canadian bias Osh has....Bailey woud serve more usefulness and impact than either of those guys

Schoen coming off injury and nobody listed as a "starter" over him....was hurt later in previous season too....This just Osh doing his usual....He like Thomas...thinks he's good....and he gonna play him....plain and simple You get the wind with game reps....not practice....and realy...Thomas looks winded after every snap...some snaps he has to usa a hand to hold his head up...basically eliminating any hand use to beat a blocker J.Jones out...is just wrong on many levels...I'd ask for my release as he would be snapped up and in any teams game day lineup in an instance....and if they intend to use Ayers at end...then why not dress a true end?....and are we not allowed 2 globals...Why was Bailey omitted we have 7 guys listed that are essentially DB's....10 guys at linebacker if you include Ayers as thats what he is...and there was no way...or desire to dress Woods...Person's on the dline but the need was there to dress Thomas and Kornelson...a rookie who showed nothing in 2 camps? smh

SO...we have 2 DE's....have Bailey and Person who both showed they can play yet dress Ayers as the rotational DE?....Ok...tell me the sense there? Our best LB in J, Jones doesn't even make roster in lieu of 2 guys who are average at best,,,and one injury prone...he's legit if an when healthy and can stay healthy...but that a big if Schmeckle cant even make this yrs lineup over a guy who showed absolutely nothing...and he's still here then why? 3 Canadian DT's only 1 of which who is usefull...and 1 legit American DT...Thomas as a "starter" ....nuff said....gonna be same ol same ol again this yr too bad Osh has the wrong guys on it

I saw him first hand in Arizona and yes he has learned to throw with the new way of doing things...also from in the pocket and setting up an actual throwing platform....he is also a quick release...flick of wrist arm thrower and can get it out fast...and with power....saving the shoulder...but also can conventional throw ....that was actually a highly rated aspect of his scouting profile coming outta college on his throwing and with teaching and progressing to create that platform had high grades...and he has done that since being down south I was at the stadium the first day he was here...still not signed yet but worked out after practice with some Bison guys...some others we were looking at and even with his raw technical skills made all the throws and had a great deep ball....he's night and day better now then he was that day...and tr....reps as a true QB this yr will be interesting to see him evolve. We already know he can play fullback so no need to run him like that no more haha

and people...and their nutjob fans wonder why they always seem to have so many injuries...here's part reason why...clown show all around but tests now from a doctor can 100% tell you of they should be sat down...plus 5 days between a concussion and back to being smacked around is just asking for a repeat issue...if not worse

ability to cut...pivot and make a move without gearing down....thats what you look for...Best guy we had that I recall doing that was Denmark...he could do all that at speed and then even hit another gear...I dont think he rarely ever got caught in chase...and always got that seperation away from guys and seemed to get a lot of big plays where it was appeared to be a busted coverage...far from it....he busted the DB into silly mode Same with DB's and the fluidity and abilty to swivel...Parker is amazing at it....but best I seen in a Bomber camp in a long time tho was a guy some might remember..Marquise Fitzgerald...he was amazing....played well when he got the chance but I think injuries killed his career

yup....they need to do speed tests with ball in hand doing general routes....or defensive stunts....Have seen a ton of training where that was a graded thing Same can be said with the 225 reps...you can have a bull of an athlete who over powers everyone and struggled to get 12 to 15....and a 29 rep guy get tossed around like a lil school girl at recess A lot of times the high rep guys just have more endurance over a longer period....but when you gonna be pushing weight and moving bodies for 45...60 seconds...never....but the guy who is powerful in the 5 to 10 second range...a typical football play duration...I'll take that every time You get the odd guy..Like Corney was who had both those abilities....but too bad he had the head injury issues and had to retire....

yup...and really...he wowed scouts vs CIS guys at QB...big whoop...I've seen U.S highschool teams who prob could beat most...When I lived in cali I watched a lot of Poly's games....I doubt any CIS team then would have stood a chance Ford is all hyoed up cause the media has this Canadian QB fascination.....which I wish they would just shut up about....celebrate ALL your Canadian players...especially th ones who are at the top of the league in their positions

yup....Hi Mr Jackson...who is a master of utilizing skill sets...so glad he made it here finally yup...just the threat alone and the way it would open up the motion stuff for guys like Demski and BO as well as clearing out the low intermediate zone for Schoen.....Having Sterns on roster for the 5th...really is pointless and offers less than what a Cooley would really...Sterns did not earn an active roster spot by any stretch...still hasn't shown he is a consistent reliable receiver...his knock in Sask and really what is his upside and potential....not much....Still think Hall should have been kept if not for anything to stretch the field and develop....he of all the goes in camp showed the most potential....But we kept all the vet guys...none of whom showed anything really....which was a typical Osh manouver

yup....and it seemed he really struggled to make adjustments....or was just too stubborn to That's why having Jackson here is gonna be huge...Look what he did in Edm with his guys....Brown...Leake...among others...plus were they not the highest scoring offensive points per game and yards?....If only they had a defense

but he said he can catch....he just was used as the bell cow....and he caught just fine in all his chances in pre-season....and really as a pro in a skilled position role...if you "can't"catch....or can't learn to...you have no reason being on a pro roster As for downfield receivers as mentioned....you can send anyone down field....if you have 5 guys out there in whatever formation anyone of them can go deep....ad the unexpected guy going deep may catch a team right flat footed....and if anything puts it in the mind of the defence...everyone needs to be accounted for...or should be yeah....not sure the sense of that comment eh?...Our one DE...Person ran a faster pro day 40 than the bulk of our recievers....so by that logic he could return then....lol
