100k increase maybe....I think tho that deal is more geared toward what he should do if he stay out of the tub....and at that money for a versatile CDN in the Demski type skill set.....if he plays close to a full season he probably puts up as good or better numbers in my opinion That being said CGY doesn't have many if any big ticket salary guys currently so thats a good price....too bad we dont have Demski in that range

its an over spend....he's had 1 really good yr....can rush off edge, but even then when he was watched for jumping he disappeared basically....and if he cant get off a block he is useless....and washed away. He will make some backside pursuit plays, but that is when he has come free...and over shot...and isnt engaged to get back in the play....he's a decent rotational guy, and if he is on a dline where 3 other guys are being physical and responsible with gaps and run responsibility...then you can live with the deficiencies...I guess...but has a piss poor attitude...especially when being owned and when he is....his game totally evaporates.....over pay in my opinion for sure....CDN or not

Mike Reily was a good coach...smart....even keeled but also no none sense and ran the ship as should be...perform...or sit...age out....youth will jump over u.....and players loved him

I can think of several ways......regarding player signings....

it was a collective effort in the rings thjo...ZC played a key role for sure....to get there....but he never really has put the team on his back and carried them thru the play-offs.....and another yr older....can't see him doing it solo next yr either...he gonna need moocho help if he even gets thru 2025 unscathed...I have a feeling that 2025 is the yr he going down for some extended time....not wishing it by any means but just feel it

WJ...Neufeld are the vocal leaders....the round the guys up and get em locked in and psyched....I'd say Biggie too but not factoring him into 2025 Brady is becoming that, but he working to be more of what Stanley is...He's the true leader and does it by example...lets the other guys rally the troops but when he speaks...or see's a reason to......Everyone sits up and takes it in......Brady is becoming that and will be the successor FIFO isnt a new thing, or created here...it was a mindset brought forth by some players who became Bombers and it flourished....Osh wasn't the scientist who created it, he was the benefactor to it and allowed it to evolve, but maybe a bit too much.
