This is correct. Tiebrakers for playoff bound teams only come into effect when teams are eliminated in the same round. Eg. If NSH & CHI were both eliminated in round 1, whomever had less points would pick higher.

Man, I just watched the Season 1 Trailer and now want to watch it all over again! ...I mean, of the best TV Theme songs of recent memory (Greenback Boogie in Suits is up there, too)... Killer portrayals of old gangsters Al Capone, Lucky Luciano and Nucky Johnson... Not to mention THIS GUY....who makes a great Halloween costume

I've been enjoying Vinyl. I figured I would. Huge fan of HBO (and the like) shows over most network ones. It's much of the same crew that did Boardwalk Empire - Terrance Winter, Scorcese as writers, and Bobby Cannavale getting a lead role this time around. BE to me was pretty underrated by tv-watchers IMO, even though it did well at the awards shows. Well worth the investment if you haven't seen it yet.
