True enough.....but that is a contributor to the problem when the need for infrastructure expansion was badly neglected. Calgary and BC are both blessed with an outstanding LRT system. Montreal and Toronto have an excellent public transit system. Hamiltonians will at least have the advantage of using their existing site, so it hopefully means little or no disruption from what their fans have dealt with.

Agree or not or like it or not one of the major philosophical differences with both Murphy and Ritchie was they did not call out individuals(by name) in the media. As someone pointed out you play vanilla so teams don't have a library of data to determine schemes and trends. That is exactly why teams with new OCs and DCs do better early in the season. Once that bank of dates has been collected other teams then know how to scheme. The Bombers were proof of that LaPo's first year....great start and then tailed right off because the opponents had analyzed their trends .

And how would you feel if Jones was the DC in Winnipeg? People always complained about Greg Marshall's none aggressive, vanilla defence when he was DC. Perhaps a reminder of the "heyday" championship defences of the likes of Fox, West, Jones, Battle, Randolph et al would remind us of the success of those teams and the likes of that "style" of player and defence. The tune seems to change when one is on the favourable side of things.
