How to beat Calgary Saturday
This is true but who have we beat that is good?

Hey now, I can believe that Streveler will lead us to a Grey Cup win, one day, perhaps in 2025.

Around the League: 2018 Season
We had Ricky Collins who has had some success in the CFL and RJ Harris who is having a decent season for Ottawa in camps for us and we cut them. Maybe our staff isn't good at evaluating WR?

He'll be productive now that he has game action? Look at his resume as a Blue Bomber, hasn't happened yet. But hey, keep hoping.

Around the League: 2018 Season
It does bring up a good question, can anybody recall this regime bringing in an impact player mid season? For example, Taman brought back Armstrong in 06 and Boldin in 07. Edmonton bringing back Walker last season. BC bringing in Awe.

Does that go, "I'd rather be a Bomber than a ******* RoughRider..."?

Sure O'Shea, sure Lapo, keep playing Lankford. Maybe the light bulb will click and he'll come through and maybe Adam Sandler will win a Best Actor Oscar.

Thompkins has 11 receptions for 180 yards which is a pace of just under 1100 yards for a full year. I'm fine with him. However if people aren't please share why?

Demski replaces JFG. Nik has 33 for 326 and 3 tds which is a 66 reception, 652 yards, 6td pass which is better than what JFG did last year and is better than anything JFG or Kolhert did in Winnipeg. Ryan Smith played 11 games for Winnipeg and had 53 catches for 488 yards and a td. Thompkins has 11 receptions for 180 yards and no TDs in 3 games. His current pace taken over 11 games would be 40 receptions for 660 yards. Case can be made that he's been more productive than Smith. Now could we use more depth so we don't have to depend on Lankford or even Dressler given his age and injury status, sure but the guys you mentioned aren't better than the players who replaced them.

Smith and Kolhert were not in Winnipeg in 2017. Seriously Google is your friend.

I disagree, I think Adams scares people. I think Demski scares them to a degree. I think our NIs are actually good with lots of upside.

Jon Ryan cut by Seattle. Time to bring him back to Winnipeg, lol.

So far this season, we have 183 points in the first half of games (20.3ppg) and 106 in the second half of games (11.7ppg). Those numbers seem to say Lapo can't or doesn't make adjustments.

Regular Season Bomber News & Discussion
Lankford has 17 games as a Blue Bomber with 22 catches for 278 yards and 3 tds. For comparison's sake, JFG was better last year and Kolhert has 4 seasons that are better.
