  1. Rather than magically assume that Streveler is suddenly going to develop at the age of 31 next year, why not sign Taylor Powell who is scheduled to be a free agent and who looked good when he had the chance to start?
  2. 3D had an article about how the Riders have sold out Labour Day and that its their first sell out of the year. Meanwhile we are at all 4 sold out this year with 9 in a row. I'm just saying us fans have brought it this year. Flowers to all of us.
  3. Oh I'm not advocating that Collaros is a great option, I just don't see it with Streveler. Its the same issues we've discussed since 2018. Can he pass well enough consistently? Is he progressing through his reads? Etc. This is now the same thing and people here have blamed Lapo, Buck and now Hogan and cite the well he lasted in the NFL, where the same questions were raised. Perhaps a guy who is 30 and in his eighth pro season is who he is going to be.
  4. Nichols also had a 3-1 TD/INT ratio in 2019, Streveler has thrown more Interceptions than TDs in his two starts. Not the same. We had the same discussion in 2019 about Streveler and whether he could be a starting QB, nothing has changed. BTW in 2019, 8 games started, 1482 passing yards, 7 TD passes, 11 Interceptions, 3-5 record as a starting. Not that much different is it?
  5. In the last three games, 28 out of Streveler's 44 completions were for 9 yards or less. Another 5 were for 10-12 yards. I'm not sure that you can be a successful starting QB when almost two thirds of your completions are short passes and 75% are for 12 yards or less.
  6. PFF consistently rated Orlando Brown JR highly a few years ago when he was with KC and its was really obvious that he was not an elite olineman. Never been a fan of them.
  7. I don't see any blocking or intangibles in that highlight video.
  8. On their fantasy discussion segment on OB, they play some clips as the intro to the segment. One of them is a call where Mitchell beats Winston Rose deep for a TD.
  9. Collaros for Artopoeus Mitchell for Cooley Dawson Jr for Parker Peterson for Cobb Bailey for Lawson Bryant for Randolph Woods for Ayers I believe I have managed it well
  10. Thinking that your decisions are always right and being inflexible is a huge red flag. Everybody should reflect and adapt.
  11. Reporters should have pointed out to Hogan that he did this twice in three games.
  12. I don't like Hogan taking no responsibility there. I feel like analytics tells you running the ball twice and either gaining another set of downs or the TD and at worst having the kick the FG to go up two scores is the correct play. Its also not the first time Hogan has made this mistake, he did so in the Calgary game too. It comes across as arrogant and Hogan has done nothing to get away with being arrogant. IMO he hasn't proven he can be an average OC yet.
  13. They are ruining Cam Allen's chance to be ROY.
  14. Wasn't this also an issue in 2018 and 2019 or am I misremembering?
  15. Mitchell with the first team? Is the world ending?
  16. I feel like Elgersma ends up on the Green Bay PR.
  17. This is my nightmare right now. I don't want to see that ever.
  18. Zach and Streveler have both been bad but it's pretty clear the offense is even more limited with CS as he seems to have issues with reading a defense and can only execute 7 to 10 yard passes.
  19. Doug Brown has been more openly critical of the club the past month or so than he has before, I feel. Agree he does sound like a lot of us.
  20. Anybody else feel for @DTonOB on the post game when he made a Mr. Sparkle reference and Doug and Christian didn't get it at all?
  21. Ok, here's what I got: The Rand Corporation, in conjunction with the saucer people, under the supervision of the reverse vampires, are forcing the Bomber coaching staff to not roster Dillon Mitchell in a fiendish plot to sabotage the Blue Bombers offense.
  22. MOS on the pre game was talking about how Corcoran does all the dirty work well, how he's a hard worker etc and I kept thinking that's the MOS MO, Hard working, does the little things guy, talent doesn't always factor in see The Marine. They also say they don't want to move Wheatfall, so can he only play 1 spot. Wheatfall has about 115 yards in the past 4 games so its not like he's lighting it up.
  23. As many here do, I like Streveler, Bomber legend, helped us end the drought but he's not a starting QB. He can't throw the ball well enough or consistantly enough. The game plan tonight was so conservative and an attempt to limit errors and we still had 3 picks. Can't have an offense of only run plays, misdirection and 7-10 yard passes which was all we got last night.
  24. Respectfully what about Streveler gives you more confidence?
