BC made a ton of mistakes. redblacks made some great plays. BC starts running the ball and blows the game wide open. That's so redblacks.

Elsbury has been struggling more with the snap the past month or so, this could be why as well. They have no problems starting a turnstyle at C, but when the snaps go wild they pull the plug. Kola was doing the same last year.
Either way, I will be watching Eli at C closely as well as the rest of the ol play as always. I won't be surprised if I see a good improvement right away.

Yeah he was nursing something all yr I pretty certain...But also when has that stopped Osh from playing his fav's when they shouldnt have even dressed?...several Grey Cups come to mind....And a particularly bone headed decision to continue with a QB with his finger duct tapped on who he himself said on sidelines couldn't throw the ball let alone grip it....

Same reason we played zach with his finger hanging off in a gc, or big stan when after he collapsed, paddy when he was badly hurt a couple years ago, brady and harris at times they could barely walk little on run. If the player is willing to play, mos assumes they will perform at the same level as if they are 100%. this has happened more times then i can count. Schoen played through two season ending injuries plus a career ending one.
No different then how mos refuses to accept that any player degrades in performance with age.

Thing is, we have had similar issues for 5 OCs in a row, plus 3 DCs. The difference is talent, but we've seen all the same issues. At some point, it's an upper brass failure, not the CO. Be it micromanaging the system, roster management, or hiring decisions. I don't have any faith that this group will do any better with OC no 6, and DC no 3.

That's more of an OC problem than a QB problem. Brady has not been a threat out of the back field with multiple Qb's.

Nield has been a big disappointment. Wilson is still a keeper. We can rebuild the receiving corps around him. Errr.... status quo with Osh.
