Had the same experience when we bought our house. Approved us for around 550,000 when we were about 23 years old or so. And we could have afforded it, as long as we didn't want any food, heat, water, electricity or anything else that cost money. We went in, questioning if they would even approve us at all, and were blown away when they told us what we could get.

Schools zones are only enforced between 7:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. So you got busted by just a red light camera...funny thing...easy to avoid those. Just don't go anymore then 8km over the posted limit.

First, rod didnt put the bombers middle of the pac...he put them dead last. He also said the riders would be 18-0 with collars...he's an idiot. And should be treated as such. It's news because he's a pro athlete. Like it or not, they are held to a higher standard. They are also often referred to as heros and are looked up to by many people. They can often be the face of the franchise (business). And they are paid as such. That's why it's news. Also I feel like you're likely dating yourself a bit with the "if it were a rocker" type of comment. DUI's etc are taken far more seriously then they were in the past. Also this was done by a football player, which is why we are talking about it on a football forum. "Have you ever driven buzzed" is not the same comparison. Hughes was FAR past a little "buzzed" he was passed out on the side of the road....I can honestly say I've never done that, and neither have my buddies.

FTFY Ah the old, pick and choose which stats I'll take into consideration argument. Stats show that the bombers lose more then they win when Nichols is out of the game. It's been that way since he got here. We can't go back in time to see what would have happened. I'm not sitting here guessing. I'm using stats and facts to back up my point. Facts show more wins when Nichols is in the line up, proving he is in fact a difference maker.

If he signed to the PR he is available to everyone. They would have to roster him though. Which is how BC almost got our draft pick from last year. He declined though. I'd imagine Shepley would too, i'd be shocked if there wasn't some kind of an agreement between the two parties.
