do or die

Adams can ball.....

While he might provide a bit of a spark .. Veltung has acquitted himself nicely so far in the return game. I heard that! After his first 2 returns.......Ham. kept kicking the ball to Marshall on the KO's anyways....

Pessimistically optimistic....

Please wait, busy looking up an entry on page 67 of the Bomber Book of Excuses.....

The best sports writers in the country don't cover the CFL. Why would you expect the best from the B Team? Because even a B team, could at least give it the ole college try.....

Lazy and and a sense of entitlement.....have had better and more incisive reporting....from some posters on this site. Good reporters do not need to be spoon fed stuff from the coach, or wait until something thrown up...finally sticks to the wall. Or worry about being just another lame Twitter clown... They follow the team closely, they observe, they analyze, and with any luck..... communicate actual, relevant information, to the fans, with a modicum of wit or style. Of course, that is simply.....asking the moon, from this crew.

Well, Cato is in only his 2nd start as a pro.....it is up to us to make him look like a rookie. Hall has to find a way to get some heat and different looks on this guy. We also need a better job in the trenches. Given Hall's experience and the "projected" improvement of our new guys on D, no reason why this should not be possible.

Yup....more excusemeistering, here. In addition, Marve has a lot less experience than Brohm, and has outplayed him, this year and last......

Willy is simply our meal ticket. We can win if he stays upright (as opposed to like 60 sacks last year) Marcel better burn the midnight oil figuring out how to provide the needed protection.

Never saw a D yet, that wasn't somewhat predicated on getting pressure from the defensive line. Looking at Anderson, Turner and Westerman......if these guys get into gear...this D could get a lot better quickly....

Demond has done it before.....

Bottom line....opposing team amped up pass pressure....and our offense simply fell apart - just as it did many times last year. MB has been around in this league for a while - and there are plays that can make the other team pay, on this big ole CFL field. Enough excuses, already....

Or there is a lot of teaching to do.....

Normally after a game like Thursday.....would say that some players on on the spot. In my book, so are some coaches......

I think the more frustrating part was that Brohm had him on 2 deep balls... which were promptly under-thrown Apparently if you don't have first team offense reps it automatically weakens your arm by 35% leaving you unable to throw a deep ball! With the backup QB, You also automatically lose 66% of the ability to pick up the blitz.

"Escapability?"

"We are monitoring the situation"

Hamilton's exotic blitz.....have 2 extra guys load up, pre-snap on one hash mark or the other, send both.....and watch Bomber O duck and cover.....

Because you were expecting them, to carry the load....

After all, having played them in the X2 game, we were so prepared for Hamilton schemes, on both sides of the ball.....

We got outcoached something fierce, on Thursday.....watching the Montreal game planning against Calgary, is not filling me with confidence......

Small sample size.....

Backup QB's always attract flies and honey......

Get the evil MB to like him. Find the photos...

This thread.... is really starting to resemble an episode of The Good Wife......
