Funny thing is.,... that I have leaned towards conservatives politically, most of my life.....but on Breitbart, I was considered as simply another snowflake libtard. That said, watching this current edition of the Republican Party, is making me more liberal, by the day.

Lot of advantages in not being gay in today's Republican Party. You can cheat or your taxes or wife, rig votes, spread bigotry, rob from the poor to give to the rich among other things......and completely avoid any moral judgments, whatsoever.

Couple o' things: So far, only Barr (Trump's hand picked AG) has actually seen the report. What we have is strictly his opinion, after reading it. As far as "collusion", I posted a number of times about how difficult that non-legal term (the real term is conspiracy) is to prove in a court of law. Mueller also is considered an ole time, by the book prosecutor....who would also follow the long time, unwritten code that the DOJ cannot indict a sitting President. As far as obstruction, without seeing the report, hard to tell what information is in there about it, what the overall context is, or what has been possibly passed along (like the Flynn, Cohen, Manifort cases) to State jurisdictions. One indicator will be the willingness of the Trump administration to release the report - after all, if it completely exonerates Trump, you would think they would be fast-tracking it. If they attempt to foot drag, the question would be why? Another indicator would be if Barr is allowed to appear in a projected Congressional hearing. If not, why not? He should be able to answer questions about the evidence, he has already seen. While Trump and friends are racing around on the ole victory lap.....they might want to remember that as far as actual legal threats......the District of Columbia, Virginia, and especially the SDNY, are still working cases. Of those, the Cohen case (campaign finance violations) has some traction, based on evidence provided so far. The ultimate threat is stil the money trail. More than a few hints of fraudulent behaviour in Trumps' past business activities, in New York State, especially on the tax/insurance front. SDNY is also currently investigating the Russian money-laundering Deutsche Bank AG....who over a 40 year period.... loaned Trump an estimated 2 Billion dollars, despite both his widely perceived credit risk, and his overstating of assets, on a number of occasions. In the end I think this will end up being the most interesting back story.

A lot of people pulling the ripcord.

Liars in the Trump administration? Get back to me, when you have some real news.......

Thank you for that bowl of pablum, sir. May I have another?

But Trump had already stated that no payments were made, then that yes, payments were made, but he knew nothing about it. Even though Cohen (his attack dog and legal fixer for a decade) arranged them....in between making deals with the National Enquirer to catch and kill a variety of embarrassing and unflattering stories about Trump. If, at this stage.... you can take Trump`s word on this matter as gospel.....more power to you.

I am forming the Gin Party. Sober second thought, perhaps not.

Banking and tax speculation aside. Not that over the course of time.....Trump would of screwed any small investors, students or charitable donators in New York State. Heaven forbid.

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action was signed in July 2015 by: Islamic Republic of Iran China France Russia United Kingdom United States of America (Obama signed it) Germany The European Union Hillary worked on it for about a year and a half.....and left 2 years before the deal was signed

Somehow Hillary must of got the uranium to Iran....

A pox on all their houses.

If in the past, Trump has committed bank, tax or insurance fraud........no particular reason why the State of New York, should not investigate. We like to think that these laws, on either side of the border, apply to everyone. If Trump has committed any felonies as President - it certainly is the business of the Congress, who are tasked under the Constitution, to provide oversight.

Vapid dilettante, idiot, and a non-entity. Such inspiring choices........
-
We are experiencing it differently......
-
At the instigation and direction of Trump.....Cohen lied to the IRS, banks, creditors, the Congress and perhaps, the First Lady. We now know, those were not lies, just process crimes.
-
Lying to perpetuate lies about previous lies. Don`t know how else to summarize this. Trump, his administration, and many of his supporters, are really something else...........

Fool around with a self centered goof like Manziel.......there will be consequences.....right Kavis? -
In my above comments I neglected to mention Mark Meadows bringing in Donald Trump’s (only) African-American staffer Lynne Patton to the House Oversight Committee, and having her standing high up, in the asle, like some kind of trophy wife....to `prove`that Donald Trump is not a racist. Hoorah

Watched this thing. Some observations. Thought that some Democratic members were cheerleading, a bit too hard. Cohen was a manipulative, greedy amoral person who both committed and aided in multiple felonies. Was going to add arrogant, but a lot of that seems to have been beaten out of him, at this point Mr. Cleaver he is not. The idea...alluded to by both Cohen and a couple of Dem members, that he was some kind of regular joe, who got `caught up` in some sort of a ``vortex`` is laughable. That said, his testimony came through as pretty authentic - as the fixer who executed Trump`s wishes and schemes. Mueller has and knows too much - any lying to that committee, would simply result in more jail time. Cohen had nothing to gain and everything to lose by lying, yesterday He very precisely detailed the methodology and method, on how he and Trump committed campaign finance felonies, paying off a Playboy bunny and a porn star.....as well as provided hard evidence, with some of the cheques. Cohen put yet another torpedo into the Trump family and its phoney baloney Trump tower meetings narrative. He also did the same for Trump and Stone`s `non-involvement`with Wikileaks. As far as the Moscow Trump tower: Cohen also gave a bit of a road map towards a potential host of collateral crimes (something I had been waiting for) such as insurance, bank, and tax fraud. He also mentioned that the Trump organizations CEO (who has a agreement with Mueller) could and would providing supporting evidence. As far as Cohen describing Trump as being a racist, con man and a cheat........ strictly news at 11 stuff. Watching the Republican members was a bit surreal. They did not ask a single question about ANY of Cohen`s accusations, and for the most part, didn`t really defend Trump. Instead we got a box barrage of insults and immense faux outrage about having a ``liar`having the audacity to appear before the committee. (a first in American history or something!) Not surprisingly, the Freedom Caucus Bobsey Twins.....Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows were front and center Cohen did finally nail this topic for the Republican interrogators near the end:
