  1. Jones does like to think he's smarter than everyone else so (like Pinball tried with Collaros), he might think he could get him back in a couple months. Is falling in love with winning more of a risk than being tired of losing? That team is a tire fire - Ceresna (and every other L'k player) should be weighing their options when they hit FA.
  2. Looks like he's a free agent at the end of the year so I don't think he's untouchable at all. The latest insider talk article on 3Dnation speculated that Lawler's latest injury killed any trade deadline buzz so if he was going to be up for grabs, then Ceresna has to be too I would think?
  3. 3d says they also released Kelvin McKnight. https://3downnation.com/2022/10/04/winnipeg-blue-bombers-add-canadian-offensive-lineman-jakub-szott-to-practice-roster/
  4. Looks like Desmond Lawrence is being brought in (at least according to Brian Walker):
  5. With all due respect to @EdTait, Rob Vanstone may be my new favorite CFL reporter. That article was an absolute delight to read. 😂
  6. I think the timing is great. Fajardo is probably in full meltdown mode over the thought of BLM potentially going there (either this season or next) and taking his job. 😂
  7. 100%... Bell owns both and does not give a s**t about either one.
  8. It's 100% a TSN issue. The issue being that their streaming service is terrible. It's not just the app either because I've run into the same issue using their website on my laptop. You can go on twitter pretty much any day of the week to find people across the country complaining about the same thing. It's very hit and miss. Somedays, there are zero problems, other days you wonder why you pay for this "service".
  9. Easy to miss. He wasn't really mentioned aside from the original post (a bit surprising given that we can really use some help in the middle of the d-line).
  10. Not this article specifically but the signing was mentioned in the roster moves thread on Tuesday (along with two other players).

  12. 2nd season. He was featured prominently that season.
  13. On the field, after the game. The Lions then tried to go after Judge in the Stamps locker room. That didn't work so they waited in the parking lot for them, BC should definitely get some fines for their actions - not sure punishment could go much further for what ended up being a bunch of yelling on their end of things.
  14. The fact that it happened after the game should also be a factor in the punishment, IMO. During the game, in the heat of the moment is one thing, but biding your time and waiting until the game is done and his helmet is off? One game is not enough.
  15. Haven't seen the punch itself but it must have been a good one, based on how Lucky was stumbling around after being helped up in this video (just after the 45 second mark): https://www.tsn.ca/cfl/video/~2524160
  16. Would not be surprised. Ranthony was in camp with us last year so the team was already familiar with him.
  17. Sounds like he was.

  19. That's a whole different topic. You asked why some people would want/need to hide their names and I gave you an example.
  20. LEO's are definitely targets for criminals and keeping their identities somewhat private is understandable. You'd be amazed at how stupid/brazen some people can be if they get a hold of that information. My dad was a CO at Stoney before he retired and at least a couple of his co-workers had people show up at their house and "recommend" they help get stuff into the prison. It didn't go the way they hoped but still scary to think that these people had the nerve to show up to where these guys and their families lived. Going to (or back to) prison isn't a deterrent for some people so what do they have to lose?
  21. Hamilton has Stanford Samuels III listed... Should be a territorial pick for us, IMO.
  22. Nope. The L's have now tied the Ottawa Rough Riders for most consecutive home losses in league history.
  23. "All non-essential government services and offices will be closed for the day."
