Agree, she does Danaerys fairly well but outside of that role she hasn't shown much. She also wasn't even the 1st choice for GOT - another actress played the role for an un-aired pilot and Clarke only got cast when the original declined to come back to do re-shoots.

Yes, John Hackleman will still be training/cornering Chuck. A few weeks ago people started speculating about a Liddell return & Hackleman was interviewed about it & he said he's in - if the opponent was right (ie a cash grab fight with Tito where Chuck doesn't really stand a chance of getting seriously hurt).

Yeah most of the time I would think the players aren't caught completely off guard like the Bombers were in this case. Usually there's rumblings that the team is looking at either moving/cutting a guy before a bonus is due, or like you said the team tries to re-work the deal.

Not sure if this is the case anymore. Walters touched on this type of thing in one of his recent interviews about Simonise. He admitted that earlier in his GM career he tended to play it say with the guys he would take on. Now he feels like the locker room is strong enough to handle guys who might have some baggage & keep them in check.

Bowman is a good example for Simonise to follow. Bowman had to learn that just using his physical gifts aren't enough & that he still had to put in work to be successful. Hopefully he's able to pass that on to Simonise.

I don't think Gamora is finished. The comics give them away to keep her around with the Soul Stone. It's also a way they can introduce Adam Warlock to the MCU without doing a huge back story on him.

Thats disappointing. Smokin Hawt started as a good truck before opening at Harbour View. I tried the truck a couple times and wasn't overly impressed so I was hoping the restaurant version would be better.

Dana has gone back & forth on this. One interview he says they consider it a title fight for both and in another he says they will figure it out later if Iaquinta wins.

The woman's title fight would be enough for them to still go on but they have a new opponent for Khabib in Al Iaquinta now. Even that comes with a catch though... because Iaquinta weighed in at 155.2lbs for his scheduled fight with Felder, he missed "championship weight" (no extra lb allowance), and can't win the belt.

This gong-show keeps rolling on... no agreement for the Pettis/Khabib fight so that's out. NYSAC blocks Felder based on blogger rankings. And this could cost the UFC a good chunk of change.

Looks like Khabib still has not agreed to Pettis so negotiations are on-going. Pettis weighed in slightly heavy so he's got 2 hours to cut a bit more (only like 0.2lbs). Khabib came in at 154.5 so he's good. If that fight does happen, Pettis better hope for a quick KO, he's gonna get mauled otherwise.
