Gerry James lives in Qualicum up island from Victoria.there house is on a nice golf course plus he gets ticked off that the balls roll onto his property. Gerry was in town not all that long ago to the Kelvin High reunion and promoting his book.

Ed Tait is a Class sports reporter, one of the best in Canada. I recall a well known Curler from our club had a long interview with Wiecek, when it came out in the paper there was not a word about their interview. It belittled his team etc etc. They totallyignored him for the rest of their great career..

Friesen & Wiecek are a joke, I really don't understand why a paper hires them.

I just read the Free Press sports on the signing of Lapolice. That is a awful write up on the Bombers. Does that sell papers or get people to cancel the paper? If it isn't reported by Ed Tait don't read it.....

Our good friend Gordie Rowland is having similar problems and often tells me that it was too many times trying to tackle George Reed.
