Educational properties are portioned at a zero-per-cent rate by tax assessors."

The way I look at it is, if a guy is incentive based (as most contracts are) and he earns his full value of the contract by hitting those incentives, then he's worth every penny you're having to dole out.

Sort of true....I'm a huge fishing geek and subscribe to Hooked fishing magazine (Manitoba fishing mag) and they had a huge feature on Buff's ice fishing last year. Went out in a chopper that belonged to someone connected to the magazine, and caught a pile of greenback walleye. He's got his own custom rods, with wooden reel-seats that are carved with 33 on one side and a Jets logo on the other side. It's pretty sweet.

hey if Montreal wants to be an idiot and overpay for him, go for it. I trust Walters will get him at the price he wants, or he'll have a back up plan (Durant or something...) but I really do believe that Nichols will end up in Wpg. He's not the guy Montreal or Toronto wants...

Yeah, the non-guaranteed contracts is the biggest thing....it's almost insane that that exists in a pro sport today.

Puss In Boots getting busted with the catnip on "Knights" and his line "It's....uhhhhh....not mine..." made me laugh REALLY hard for an animated feature. Those were great movies...

I didn't realize they were doing a 3rd one...looks good. I really enjoyed the first couple (Minions was a bit of a letdown)....they're great for the kids but there's a LOT of really smart lines in there for the parents, too, which is the key to a good animated feature. Having Trey Parker as a guest voice in this one is a nice touch...

I definitely read that as well. This whole thing just reeks of something the Bombers would have done in the past because it's the cheap and easy way.
