I meant to chime back in on this thread. I finally booked my first ever trip with that Flair/NewLeaf airline. We'll see how she goes. Coming back in March for CFL Week/ice fishing/my birthday....should be a time. I've always said, I don't need any amenities....if someone can fly me home and back to AB again for under 200 bucks, they can duct tape me to the floor of the plane...

I think 150k is more than fair with some MUCH higher earning potential if the guy lives up to it and is a superstar. I think what's offensive is him showing up to a tryout looking like a blimp....why should they take him seriously? If he's got a 150k base with potential to hit 400 in his first year, I think that's more than fair...

Anybody following the Heath vs Carter twitter "feud" today? Pretty funny stuff because they might both be idiots, but the most interesting thing is that Heath is talking like he'll be a Bomber in 2018....

Couldn't they have negotiated some kinda bonus in the ELC that stipulates, if he hits certain milestones based on play, then a raised contract in the second year would kick in....? Would teams be averse to that? I mean, it seems like win win for everybody...

And that one good agent said that on Twitter this week... That he has a list of guys a mile long desperate to play CFL and will gladly play for minimum...
