I'm not as concerned about the kids learning as I am about the kids creating a giant petri dish at school and bringing God-only-knows-what home, and then it spreads like tinder fire. If we can keep everyone locked away and keep things from spreading, that is far more of a concern to me. But, I say that as someone who (thank Christ....) doesn't have kids at home.

Welcome to our board.......same was said about a guy we took a couple years ago. So, again, we all hope for the best, but it remains to be seen.

high school friend of mine living in Italy reports that, starting Monday, they'll be allowed to leave their houses without a government note for the first time in 70 days. And people in Canada think they've got it bad....

great news for Manitoba today, for sure, but....as Mike McIntyre just tweeted "let's try to not screw this up, shall we...." If people try to do too much, too soon, it's going to undo all the gains already made. Also still concerned about a massive resurgence of COVID in the fall/winter, which might force a reset on everything to lockdown.

I read one Ambrosie quote from last night saying they would gladly open up their books to the feds to let them see all of the numbers, and why they're asking for that certain dollar figure. I'm intrigued by the notion that it's not a bailout grant, but rather a loan of sorts. I am, of course, in favour of government money to keep the CFL afloat, but I sure don't like the optics of it among all the haters...

the thought that we would help a division rival with their OL problem by giving them one of our best pieces.........get the **** out of here.

Needs a reason to be mad at Ambrosie... But honestly we might be looking at the league going **** up if they done get a cash infusion...
