By far my favourite of the franchise. For me, the first one is wildly overrated. Never got that one. I enjoy the ones from 4 til now but 2 is absolutely my favourite.

Olly is way too young to be a true team leader yet. If anything he just leads by example, but he's not someone who's going to step up and say stuff.

Made me start thinking about guys like Ploen... who's even older. Thankful for all their contributions, on and off the field.

Jays headed to Minnesota for the WC series. I don't know enough to know if Toronto has a shot here. I know the Central is a weak division, but I also know the Jays are wildly streaky.

I find that those things are based on the previous movie. If they like the previous one,they come into the new one with those presumptions. Just my take. But the new MI is one of the worst in awhile. They directly stole bits from various Fast movies (5-7 specifically)...

I disagree but it might just be a personal taste thing. The MI movies are okay but there is still a level of class and gravitas that comes with Bond that puts them ahead. Especially the Craig ones. Also, the latest MI was surprisingly bad. I really wanted to love it but it was like a middle of the road Fast and Furious movie.

Especially in a Winner Take All situation where all the focus is on one game, or ending your season.

Ac DC or The Stones would be way bigger than Crue. Crue are kind of at the same level as Def Lep. Old 80s act hanging on, but not the legend status. Right now Foo are the biggest band in the world, but I'd say ACDC and Stones aren't too far behind. Also Springsteen and McCartney would be really big still in terms of popularity.

Collaros has not been consistently good this year. Zero doubt now that Brady O is the unquestioned MOP for the Bombers.

Only bigger semi-current band that I could think of is Foo Fighters, right now. They just don't have real rock bands anymore. It's more about the k-pop boy bands these days, or some rando hip hop artists but I know less than nothing about that.

Als win clinches a playoff spot. Ott still technically alive but need to basically win out to get into playoffs. Ham wants to prove last week was an aberration and not the end of a dead cat bounce uptick for them. Calgary can still catch Sask but needs to start showing more than they have been. In short: this is likely to be a day of bad football being played by 4 teams that aren't every good (with the possible exception of Hamilton with Milanovich calling plays)

Can't remember the last time a W felt like an L. I'll take the two points but that was gross and at times embarrassing considering what Toronto fielded tonight. I know that we CAN BE a good team.... but I do t trust them to show up any week. When they do, I consider it a total fluke .

Woogie apparently said something to Wyman about a players meeting this past week and recommitting to the goal and yada yada yada.... this is a ******* mess. A pants shitting at home against back ups. Curious what's all said during half time and if it even matters.
