iso with more "everything Joe Mack has done is terrible" attitude. You are simply too anti-Mack to be taken seriously at this point. You are seriously understating how bad this team has been under Burke. Lapo gets fired and in the easiest game in the history of sports to get a team fired up to play the team rolled over and died. They did the same thing 2 weeks later in Calgary. Burke is not inspiring anyone on that team to be better, lots of guys have regressed since he took over. He is Jim Daley 2.0 as a head coach.

Denmark was the consensus runner up for rookie of the year in his first season, Matthews was the rookie of the year, you expect me to believe these guys just lost their talent? Seems more like the coaching is so bad it's causing them to regress. This team really lacks any sort of direction, there is no clarity in what kind of team they are trying to be, that all comes from coaching. Get a proper head coach in there and things will look a LOT different.

Talent isn't the big issue here. There is a definite change in how competitive the players were going from Lapo to Burke. Burke is looking more and more Daley-like with each passing week. TIme to dump him and Crowton and go forward. I don't even care right now. That loss to Hamilton ended the season, it's done let's keep blowing it up. Wanted to like Burke because he's such a good defensive coordinator and love the candidness he speaks to the media with but good lord he is a dud at head coach.

yeah cause Hall never missed a throw at all... you gotta stop this thing you're doing where you make Goltz accuracy sound worse than it is. I'd give Hall more time too cause I do like the type of qb he seems to be, but let's not go overboard on anything here.

I didn't mind Halls first half of the game and I'd give him another chance but I really don't know that he's any better than Goltz at this point. The mobility that Goltz brings seems to be something that this offense desperately needs otherwise teams are too easily able to just bring pressure and disrupt the whole thing.

These coaches can all get the **** out right now. So tired of watching this team just roll over and die. The only guy who showed any kind of intensity is Terrence Edwards. Good on him for the game he played cause he did everything he possibly could to help out a new qb. Damned shame no one else has the same kind of competitiveness he has. This team just won't play for Burke. Saw it last season when he took over. Lapo wasn't good either but at least the players played hard for him.

Yeah the oatmeal porter was a mill st. thing, was real good, I always pass over that stuff when I'm wandering through the liquor store, maybe I'll have to actually pick some up some time. Never seen Hop City but I will keep an eye out. There's a few well stocked beer coolers in a couple liquor stores nearby.

I actually found the white owl to be lacking in that distinct rye flavour.

yeah steamwhistle and mill st. show up in Calgary at least, fairly easy to come across as well. I know I tried Steamwhistle at beerfest one year and I am pretty sure I've tried mill st. stuff but can't quite place it. I wanna say some type of oatmeal porter? does that sound right?

good man. excellent choices, though for me if it's one of those whites that has way too much of a citrus taste it's just unpleasant. the reds or ambers are definitely tops of my favourite list. I'll often pick up a case of Wild Rose Wred Wheat, it's the best of both worlds. Not sure how far outside Calgary they distribute but it's a solid choice.

Everyone I know in the city who bought before 2005 was laughing about how much the value shot up, everyone who bought after curses not getting in before. Just an unreal price hike over that year.
