No one is getting fired until seasons end, and it will be a coordinator, maybe 2. I have said for a while that I think this is Halls final year regardless but man lapo needs to be fired first. Well we lack talent at american receiver for one thing... I like Thompkins but other than him we haven't really recruited anyone in the years Walters has been here. That has to change. Considering how long they've been here we haven't seen enough talent come from the states. FA and drafting yeah he's done well there but scouting? Needs improvement.

Stegall, Bruce, Jones, Roberts, Sellers... easy to run that offense.

This isn't Lapos first time running an offense in the CFL, it's not even his first time in this city, this is go #3 in Winnipeg for Lapo and it's the same **** he was running in 2002, except without Milt Stegall to make it work better. Lapo won't turn Streveler into the next great qb, we need to fire Lapo to take that step.

Well here is something to consider... Nichols and Streveler today both came out 10/20 in completions for the same number of yards. So that to me says the OC is a much bigger factor than the qbs.

Our Canadian receivers are better than our american ones, start them all and play Leggett at safety when he's healthy and problems solved. Though if they keep using the safety the same way they use Loffler it won't really matter.

No I would have applauded his choice to actually show some faith in his team executing a simple play. That wasn't the first time he tried some sneaky bullshit on 2nd and 3 either. Sometimes in situations like that you can just play smash mouth football and trust your guys to get you some yards. Hell get it close enough that gambling is a consideration. We got the hogs up front to do it. My beef with Lapo is how often he tries to be the smartest guy in the room, when in a lot of cases simple plays executed well would serve better.

And yet he started out throwing on target but first pass the receiver fell, then he had back to back drops on throws right on the money... then the game plan stopped using our best player Harris and we started running these scaredy cat plays. Lapo is handcuffing this team badly. Hell Streveler threw a pick as well and didn't find a lot of targets. Lapo is the biggest problem with this team right now.
