  1. Harris didn't read that blitz, looking backside when Wilson crept.
  2. Carney literally standing over Neufeld in B, goes across his face to A and Neufeld is chasing the end who Randolph has under control. Are these guys talking to each other?
  3. Can't have 2 OL blocking nobody vs 4 or 5 every dropback.
  4. Anything predictable is never the way to stop any offense. Unpredictable both coverage and pressure.
  5. Harris not getting what he expected downfield with this 3-3 front.
  6. Right side of punt protection got caved. Lucky we even got that punt in the air.
  7. Horsecollars allowed again? Left side of the OL ate **** two plays in a row.
  8. You guys are fixated on DL. The fact Sask can't build a second and third level off that DL and Mace can't adjust the D to anyone who can pass protect kills them repeatedly and probably will more the rest of this season.
  9. Dave Dickenson is in the hall of fame and basically played two full CFL seasons and 3 half seasons. Collaros has 4 seasons as the highest rated passer (1 in Hamilton, 3 here) and 2 Grey Cups. He'll be in the CFLHOF immediately when he retires.
  10. Bombers and Sask tied for 3rd in YPC against.
  11. https://static.cfl.ca/wp-content/uploads/2025-CFL-League-Statistics-Wk12-Rev.pdf
  12. I agree on Adams. I think his time has come. Bring in someone who is solid on DL. I think they are enamored with his athleticism and ability to play multiple positions, even kick if they needed....but he's not really good at anything at this level so he's JAG out there. He's not really getting better and has very little impact. I'd like to see Woods out there and see if he can stay healthy.
  13. I don't mind it if they play a lot of 30 fronts and roll with 2-3 LB's out there the whole game (again not counting Griffin as a LB). Sask only runs the ball if they have a lead.
  14. However we want to characterize Makonzo's role as a key player in historically bad Chris Jones D...the guy hasn't suited up for a football game in 22 months. He's not going to play more than 35-40 snaps in a whole game including special teams.
  15. Look at our receiving corps in 2022 and try to find a spot for him. Yeah we could use that player today. He would have had a hard time getting on the field in 2022.
  16. The study on NFL players is anyone coming off ACL isn't close to previous production until 3 years later. Reinjury rate also crazy high (for everything hip down) and most pro football players don't make it to 3 years post ACL. So yeah, I don't expect him to be anything like he was his first couple years and he'll have to keep working to adapt his game to the reality of where his body is. I get that Mitchell is better than those Canadians, but also kind of a red herring because it's picking whether to dress a borderline useless American or borderline useless Canadian. Mitchell is like a grenade they forgot to install the charge in. We pulled the pin and there was no explosion.
  17. Wolitarsky is cooked physically. But even having him for half a season would have been fine for the Bombers. Wasn't a necessary move. Would have help with new offensive coaching staff too.
  18. Wolitarsky is already paid for the rest of the season after Game 9. 0% chance he gets cut.
  19. A guy on the slimmest of rookie deals isn't a factor. Likely who they do sign will be making more.
  20. Cap space? lol Elgersma is basically the prototype, tested off the charts at the couple senior showcases and senior bowl. Arguably best overall ability of the QB's in the 2025 class. Look at the mess in Tennessee with the #1 pick. If you want a guy to mold into a franchise QB he's got all the attributes without the bad habits that need to be coached out from playing in a shitty NCAA spread system. Perfect guy to run pro style, west coast concepts. Yeah they probably worry about his experience level, but lots to work with there. Guy who was a multiple sport athlete and didn't commit fully to football until Grade 11/12....which is also the basic plot line of arguably the two greatest QB's in the modern era, although they were baseball players not hockey. Neither one of those guys (Brady and Mahomes) were 5 star recruits. Who cares if a guy went to Miami or Texas if he has no velocity or accuracy, can't make throws on time, can't adjust and make plays if they get off schedule? All to say, I don't expect to see Elgersma up here until 2027 or 2028 at earliest and more likely never. I don't really see him coming up soon. He has no path to playing time here this season, he'd probably have to force a trade but there's really nowhere other than Montreal who needs a QB immediately where he might get any playing time. The only reason for him to come up would be to play and set himself up for another NFL shot. Standing on the sideline here doesn't make much sense.
  21. Yeah it's interesting how they would rate Clifford. His preseason numbers are progressively worse and atrocious this season. But they track so many reps the guys get in OTA and training camp.
