sad to say I was in the same boat - somewhat excited for Game 1 and then after Game 2 and seeing the true colors come out again...I'm kind of meh about the entire playoffs now. Hate that in Round 2 I'll be forced once again to cheer for a Canadian team that isn't in Winnipeg. I just loathe the Canucks but I guess if they can make it to Round 3 I will have to back them...argh...but I honestly think of all the teams the Oilers have the best shot at least getting to round three, and I guess McDavid getting a cup isn't the worst thing in the world...

I just want our series to go 4-0 for the Jets while Dallas and Vegas beat the living crap out of each other in 7 games with 3 games going multiple OT. So whichever team we play in Round 2 is totally destroyed. Still baffled by VGK losing to Anaheim last night, as they had a chance to play Edmonton instead in Rd 1 and instead they rolled over for one of the worst teams in the league last night.
