I wonder if Bridges bought a ticket to watch the game

It’s not O’Shea’s results that make me wish he was gone. It’s his process. Completely lost sight of what it takes to succeed in this league and he’s stuck hanging onto hope of the good old days.

This isn’t ever gonna be fixed unless we move on from O’Shea

3 turds plus cranky honker don’t say roster management edition
Mike replied to wbbfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I’ve been saying for a few years now that the days of O’Shea being a good coach have come and gone. He was good when we captured lightning in a bottle and had the exact kind of team he needed to have in order to succeed, but he sucked before that and he’s sucked since. Not adaptable whatsoever. Not willing to take a long hard look in the mirror. Just trying to recapture the magic that disappeared 3 years ago over and over and wondering why he can’t do it, but it’s okay because he will next week. -

It would be. Except we have no depth. -
Who would’ve figured that they would scout that play considering we start 96% of our drives today with it
-
I agree but the entire philosophy behind the Dru Brown decision has been running rampant
-
In case you needed more proof we are so unprepared, we just had Evan Holm covering two receivers on an entire half of the field
-
That’s really what this is, but heaven forbid someone try to say they saw this coming. The glory years were always going to end but I was kind of hoping they wouldn’t end so catastrophically. They’re going to, though.

That one I agree with, that’s bananas
-
I thought Lawson took another step and I thought Hicks did not

I would be mad if that was RTP on the Bombers that’s a bang bang hit
-
I’m not gonna blame Bonds on that one, pretty good coverage. Alford is good.

Is his first name London because he’s always falling down hehehe

Appreciate you

Person: 0 snaps so far

The Kody Case Effect

Classic Vaval HAHAHAHAHAHA

*4 yard line* Vaval: “this looks like a good spot to take a break from moving”

Does Kramdi play half the snaps blindfolded
-
Wow an O’Shea challenge
-
Ayers off the edge with Person on the bench is weird

I really can’t see any way to positively spin our offseason. Jon Jones and Dillon Mitchell getting paid nearly 300k to be healthy scratches while we watch Lawler tear it up is a tough one.

I really find it weird that certain people don’t think these players would vent to acquaintances Sometimes I hate my job and I’ll ***** to the mailman if he’d listen. We really tend to glamourize this occupation around here because these guys are pro athletes. They still feel the same as we do about their jobs.

I don’t think there’s a lack of a plan. The plan just doesn’t make a ton of sense. We just completely re-configured our front office this offseason and added more bodies. What was the net effect? Our pro scouting highlighted guys who can’t crack our roster (J. Jones, Mitchell, etc) and our crop of recruits got us what … one new body? And the shine has worn off of him since he seems to be getting worse, not better? Great. What’s the draft plan? Okay, basically just draft guys to play special teams? Shay, Smith? Can’t give them D reps. Why would we? What’s the roster plan? OL - washed. DL - gassed. LB - not versatile enough to fit our DC’s preference. WR - thin. Okay so what do we do to adjust? What’s the coach’s plan? Doesn’t really seem to have one these days. Doesn’t affect much in-game. Our halftime adjustments seem invisible. The leash on underperformers is infinite. Won’t challenge anything. Won’t use the roster rules. And the overarching point everyone used to make - players would run through a wall for him? Do we see that drive out there anymore? I don’t.
