Yeah I’m not sure why they don’t use Jonathan Jones more, he can play wil or MLB as well as either of the guys currently taking the most reps there. Most likely the seniority/loyalty thing which we’ve all discussed. If he’s only on a 1-year deal I don’t see how he stays here in 26, for the good of his own career. I also would like to see what Connor Shay could do with a few reps a game at least. For a guy that highly touted to go half the year with zero defensive snaps is so strange.

I’d go Bailey on for Hallett (see what he can do on teams at least, maybe some reps at end) Lawson on for Thomas Woods on for either Ayers or J. Jones (Ideally Wilson out for a game and give Jones that spot but I know they won’t take Wilson out for anything other than injury)

That 2015 OL was pretty awful. Willy got the living **** beat out of him. He was rocked helmet to helmet in the 2015 home opener (in the first quarter iirc) and was never the same player afterward.

Juran Bolden used to play with an edge that way too. If he took a roughing penalty in the first quarter it was kind of a good omen.

I would have just ran a normal play. That dump to Clercuis they’d been running all night probably would have been good for 3 yards. Agree that the Strev run package is no good, he’s just too beat up. They should be using Wilson exclusively for traditional (I.e a yard and a half tops) short yardage.

Especially given the context of the way SY has been with Strev lately, an astronomically dumb decision.

They were both bad but first was more ticky tack than the straight up garbage second call.

1. Demski- In consideration for MOC of the league. 2. Schmekel- Far more impactful than JT, and Lawson too quite honestly. 3. Wheatfall- Held on to the ball after some huge hits. This game probably took years off his life. HH- Ball for some solid ST play HM- Allen and Vaval. In their first starts, looked better than Parker and Bonds respectively. Especially Vaval, playing boundary corner (well) and returner as a rookie is pretty impressive.
