  1. O'Connor is going to be fine. You can still be a pocket QB as long as you have accuracy. Plus BC has the best pass blocking Oline in the CFL.
  2. They explain why your run game has struggled. Last year Harris and all were tackled in the backfield 13% of the time, this it's 31%. The Oline is at fault.
  3. Having Kelly Bates as an Oline coach helps out big time.
  4. Suitor will blame the recievers though. Duke was their worst reciever tonight.
  5. The Lawson trade was good for you guys. He seems to be getting off blocks and getting pressure.
  6. Of course he can. He was a tackle in college and in today's CFL, we seem to want to stick Canadians at guard, even when they have the footwork for tackle. RG- Dobson RT- Gray That is the future. If Desjarlais comes back great, if not Siddy Sow maybe available when the Bombers pick next year's draft.
  7. It wasn't his greatest game, but putting up almost 300 yards, with 3 TDs, 2 INTs and a 64% completion percentage are still decent numbers. I've seen other other QBs put up numbers like those and manage to win because their defense showed up.
  8. It's the Oline. The running backs are running into walls. They never seem to run it off tackle.
  9. Many QBs get picked off on out routes. Their the leading cause of pick sixes.
  10. I don't think Lawson was given any snaps in a game on the Dline. Hard to say he hasn't done anything, if he hasn't been given an opportunity.
  11. Can TSN please replace Sanchez. He seemed to be confused, thinking Gray didn't starting week 1 and that Desjarlais was still with the team.
  12. Two negatives Oline: Run blocking not there. Cornerbacks: Both Rose and Glass had bad nights.
  13. Many fans still consider the SLB to be a linebacker, even though he covers more and has the body of a DB.
  14. Kate takes the panel to another level. Sanchez though, repeats himself way too much and goes on about nothing in dome instances. Watching him at the draft, he just repeated what Ford and Ferguson would say.
  15. Olines need continuity. Winnipeg has a great Oline, because you've almost had the same 5 starters. Even though Gray maybe he starting at left guard, he's still has chemistry as the past 6/7 Olinemen. BC is returning 3 starters, with backup David Knevel taking the left guard spot. Continuity.
  16. BC will definitely finish ahead of Edmonton. Rourke is going to light up the league with that recieving Corp and an Oline that has some continuity. The Dline looks improved, the linebackers are Allstars and the secondary is underrated.
  17. It's like the Republicans go to the Loonie bin and try to find the craziest person, to put out as a candidate.
  18. 1. RBs- All showed great burst. 2. Dobson- Just a pure mauler of a guard. 3. Ford- Didn't get beat deep, prevented a first down, great closing speed.
  19. It still amazes me that people think she was this great woman, that took on the unions. She was a garbage human being, who destroyed the British economy.
  20. Nothing wrong with only four. It's a preseason game and these guys need lots of reps.
  21. How are you thin at linebacker? Briggs can backup the WLB, Gautier the MLB, you've got plenty of candidates, who can fill in at SLB.
  22. Yes, plenty of defensive talent might make it the Bombers pick. Tyrell Ford CB Josiah Schakel WLB Anyone of the defensive ends.
  23. He has the arm, accuracy, size, speed and decision making to be a star in this league. Plus he is calm under pressure.
  24. You also have to worry about Cottoy and Shaq Johnson. The Lions have a pretty good recieving corps.
  25. You should be able to, but never count a rookie out. Rourke and Maier both looked decent as rookies this season.
