Certainly hasn't improved as a qb has he? There has been no growth as a player. Willy plateaued & has never gotten better. He is what he is & that is a journeyman qb who even has a hard time being a backup.

What happens to Willy is inconsequential to me as I'm worried about the Bombers right now. If the Als want to keep playing him & losing, then more power to them.

How can anyone say the offense is the reason we lost last night?? It was a factor, sure. But not the reason. It was our garbage fire dumpster defense & the arsonist DC who coaches it.

I'd be optimistic about our defense if I knew MOS would do something. If he wouldn't fire Hall in the off season, I'd doubt he'd do that now even as the losses & yards pile up against that unit.

Streveler is a rookie. Last year he was playing at South Dakota State & had never seen Canadian football. Dressler dropped at least 2 catchable balls early in the game that would have sustained drives although he did come back & made some nice catches later. No way I'm even mentioning Streveler as a reason we lost. I'm throwing everything at Ritchie Hall.

It just sickens me that it has come to this as a discussion about Ritchie Hall. That it appears loyalty by the head coach usurps winning by the organization. Nothing is going to change keeping Hall.

Coach will protect Hall. He won't throw him under the bus. Next game & every game after that we'll give up huge yards vs the pass. Things won't change.

When you have Front Four that can't pressure & a secondary that lets receivers catch everything in front of them because the DC is scared the Hamilton receivers will get behind them this is what you get. We all knew Hall's defense would suck but MOS refused to make a change. We are as bad vs the pass as we were last season. We can't stop anyone thru the air. Versus the run for every good stop we had last night we'd let the Ti Cats rip off a 10 or 20 yard gain. Mercer fricking Timmis??? Are you kidding me??? Then that other Ti Cat back with a last name of a first & last name??? He was ripping off chunks of yardage against us... Nothing has changed defensively from last season. Nothing will change until Ritchie Hall is shown the door. I don't blame Streveler for this loss at all. The kid will struggle as that's part of his steep learning curve. Every start gives him real time experience that will help him down the road to be a damned fine CFL qb. He has heart & is becoming a leader. He needs experience to improve & he's getting it under fire. Once Nichols get back watch how Darvin Adams & Adarius Bowman get used. We'll be a lot better vertical team. Nichols will use everyone & spread the ball around. But that defense... We'll never win with that defense... Hall has got to go.

Prepare to be disappointed.

Losing back to back Grey Cups to clearly inferior teams has turned a lot of fans off of the Stamps here. They win so many regular season games & are the most arrogant team in the CFL. They bully, intimidate & run up the score on opponents during the regular season but then when it counts in the Grey Cup they choke. It's hard to believe (when you're a Bomber Fan & after suffering thru some ghastly seasons) but winning 15 games means nothing to football fans here. Winning their last game of the year does. The Stamps have won more games than any other team in the CFL the past 5 seasons but to fans in Calgary they are nothing but choke artists. Fans are saying they have better things to do. I do notice that this season less & less people care. The Stamps are barely on the sports radar here anymore. I kind of figured that would happen.
