I say not likely. The great returners are explosive. One step & they find a seam & run by tacklers. Mitchell has no explosiveness. Seeing Grant is Toronto is crazy. What a slap in the face to all the fans who support this team. He's better than anyone we have. And we had no money for him??? Watch attendance numbers fall off a cliff.

The plot each year just dragged on & on & on. I think i just watched Discovery out of loyalty to Gene Roddenberry. I mean all Star Treks had their duds. But Discovery to me was more interested in lecturing viewers lessons based on 21st century Hollywood left wing core values rather than telling a good story.

I blame Walters for not getting back Desjarlais & Couture. We paid & kept other deadwood & O'Shea favourites & lost an all star guard & a center. How'd that work out for us last night? We haven't brought in any impact linebackers since Biggie in 2018. Not sold on our defensive line & now with the injuries to the defensive line we're in big trouble. Looking back, trying to keep the gang all here was a mistake. We needed to refresh the lineup & never did. And because of that oversight, we're at 0-2 & in big trouble. For players always wanting to come here, it seems once they leave for NFL pastures they never come back. That's all on Walters.

Instead of all of us always bitching at O'Shea which is justified, when are we going to turn our attention to Walters for letting this whole situation with the team develop? We lose 2 young Canadian Offensive linemen to NFL tryouts. We didn't bring any of them back. They were signed elsewhere in the CFL. We needed them back. Yet, we keep guys whose best before date was 2022.

Certainly (at least to me) the recruitment in free agency & drafting has gone off the rails. This organization used to be laser focused on what their needs were & went out & got them. Now, O'Shea fucks around with the roster by playing guys who shouldn't play agaiinst guys who should. O'Shea seems to have carte blanche to do what he wants with no accountability. We'll either be 12-6 or 6-12. I just can't see this team bouncing back in 2025 when we host the Grey Cup unless O'Shea leaves.

Thank God, Star Trek Discovery is over... Nothing could save that sack of **** series. Nothing. I watched every episode for 5 seasons & I swear that after a time viewers forget what the plot is about. No comparison to Strange New Worlds....

Don't like to mock an injured player but man, the football gods sure got Stubblefield for twisting Streveler's ankle. Stubblefield moaning that he isn't that kind of player was just so much bullshit. He can say whatever he wants but he got caught. Sorry, he suffered an injury but not totally sorry.

We have far more pressing issues than changing punters. #firstworldproblems.

We have one thing going for us, we have a better OL & DL than the Lions. BC just can't go out & replace 5 starters on the OL. They're stuck now with those pylons for the rest of the season.

We have to go back to basics when rebuilding this team. Draft offensive & defensive linemen. Actually start to seriously develop a qb we intend to keep to take over from Collaros. Build up the linebackers & FFS find a returner.... Unfortunately, that won't start until this next off season. O'Shea may nix the idea & stay with his vets until they no longer can play. I can't see a proper rebuild starting until we get a new head coach. By then, it may be too late.

Kick returners & receiver seems to be the weakness of this scouting group we have. It almost seems that Dalton Schoen was a fluke.
