I'll hold off judgement until the story is corroborated, but you have to think where there's smoke there's fire. In any event, the negativity surrounding Mr. Jones and ultimately the "Ridernation" he represents continues to grow.

Fair comments. Speaking in general. There are a handful that can pound sand. The rest I would buy a beer and talk football all day long. They care. They're passionate. We need more of that for the CFL.

Well, if my team had a total of 8 wins over 2 years in a 9 team league I guess I might be a bit defensive as well. Things look pretty testy over there. As I said before, they do a very good job of slicing and dicing their own kind. They probably don't need outsiders doing it. Any comments from outsiders are going to be taken defensively even if they are positive. They want their own site for their own people so they can belittle and crap on each other. Best to just sit back, stay out have a beer and observe them doing just that. They haven't disappointed so far.

I genuinely feel bad for some of the better posters over at RFs. All they want is a chance to be competitive but this Jones/Murphy combo is just wallowing. WTF are they doing? Why waste precious time looking at, holy cow, Vince Young, when they should be trying to find O and D linemen; or the QB for their future? It almost....almost...seems like this is some kind of joke or game Jones is playing. At any rate it makes the league look amateurish. On the other hand, when it comes to a select few posters over there, I am laughing my a** off.

I'm glad you attempted the FG; you shouldn't have, but I'm glad you did. I get why MOS did it though. Bombers played better than a lot of people here are giving them credit for.

Heads high. 1 point. There was no 3-15 to 5-13 with a CFL genius in charge. Good season Bombers, we'll try to win next week for you as you would have done for us.

Franklin. Everyone going nuts over this guy, especially those just west of you. He's an Eskimo and will be next year unless he is traded. I don't get the coveting of other teams players. Find your own I say.

Don't you guys understand that every single FA in the history of the CFL wants to play for the Riders? And the Riders should be given first right of refusal for ALL those players? This can't be news to you.

The Rider deal with Durant will probably get done, however this is their prime opportunity to move on. Durant is on the downside now. He's still decent, but why tear your team down to the studs and keep the old fridge in the kitchen?

They have had a tough 2 and half years there. It's definitely for the best that I'm gone and I would suggest others ( other teams fans ) should probably back off and get out as well. Leave them to themselves. It seems that's what they want.

It's like that everywhere in life; some people like you, some don't......some like me there, some didn't. As I said the majority of posters on RF's are genuinely good, solid passionate people. The Riders mean the world to them and when a team becomes woven into the fabric of your culture like the Riders are there you tend to take it a lot more seriously than others might. I get that. They get to pick at my carcass there for awhile, and I suppose they've earned that right and I would expect a few of them to take some good hard swings; but I would still buy anyone there a beer and chat football with them any day. As for the WSF, I fully expect to see the Bombers at BC Place the following weekend. I hope we knock the crap out of you We owe you.
