  1. Niners deserve to lose this. Shanahan's pay calling has been atrocious. Rinse, repeat.
  2. After the play, dirty cross check to the face. He should be gone the rest of the season. If this is during the play, totally different, but this is long after the play, the player is not expecting anything and was in a defenseless position. Dirty as it gets.
  3. I am very excited about this one. (Just kidding, I have no clue who they are)
  4. Friesen is just so lazy. He's completely unprepared to push back on anything anyone says. He just writes it down. No wonder he had no idea Strev was coming back, as no one trusts him. He just mails it in.
  5. This was a failure of the agent. Bonuses should be due two weeks prior to the tampering window, at the very least.
  6. What is incorrect? Terry Williams just signed a contract extension this offseason to remain a BC Lion, so it's very unlikely that Grant will be targeted. You just read into it what you wanted.
  7. Rider "cast-offs" have done quite well here. Recent ones being Hardrick, Jefferson, Collaros. They just can't evaluate talent.
  8. It feels like someone else will give him more money and try to integrate him into their passing game. Unless he's part of our receiving plans or no one else seems him as part of theirs, I just don't see him returning (no pun intended).
  9. The NHL won't move out of Canada. You can handle bonuses in collective bargaining.
  10. That's the league's problem. No more welfare for millionaires.
  11. Those are gaudy, but somehow they work!
  12. Hope he loses. Otherwise, all contracts will be made up of primarily "signing bonuses". There's tax avoidance, legal, and tax evasion, not legal. This would be tax evasion, IMO.
  13. No way BLM is the starter come August. Does Powell sport any performance-enhancing accoutrements?
  14. Did I miss this earlier? Drew Richmond retires at 28, leaves hole in Winnipeg’s offensive line https://3downnation.com/2024/02/06/drew-richmond-retires-at-28-leaves-hole-in-winnipegs-offensive-line/ Drew Richmond has retired from the CFL, opening a hole in the Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ offensive line. The six-foot-five, 314-pound blocker was slated to earn near the league’s minimum salary in 2024 and, per sources, was unwilling to return to Winnipeg without a new contract. The club was open to renegotiating but, when a deal couldn’t be reached, Richmond decided to move on from professional football. I thought he was Yoshi's replacement? Oops, yes, I did.
