  1. When flatbillies don't get their way or the Riders lose a game: "the CFL hates us!" When flatbillies get their way or the Riders win a game: "they hate us 'cause they ain't us!" There's more stable individuals at the Selkirk Mental Institution.
  2. Indeed, it is. https://twitter.com/Ticats/status/963457618151923725
  3. Well, poop... Looks it's down to Woods and Reed.
  4. Yeah, I can't see Green being on the Jets' radar. The Leafs' radar, however...
  5. Tag on an extra hour. Free agency begins at noon ET, which is 11 am here.
  6. You mean this? http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/trump-canada-global-trade-tax-1.4532053 Of course he makes no mention of the dirt cheap electricity, petroleum, and natural gas his country gets from Canada.
  7. On offense, I'd think just Demski at this point. On defense, need a MLB and perhaps another DB. As much as I want Heath to remain a Bomber, I just can't see it happening.
  8. That's a great pic of him, too. "Get your filthy mitts off me while I return this ball to the house!" is what he's clearly thinking.
  9. Yes, I'm well aware of the difference between salaries. The CFL is still a salary cap league, so I'd consider myself someone interested in teams' management of their salaries, the same as I am with the NHL and the NFL. Just because the CFL isn't as lucrative as other professional leagues in North America shouldn't be a factor, IMO. From a resources standpoint, however, I can understand the lack of information.
  10. The NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA all announce their players' salaries. And as with most other professions, salaries/wages are typically made available on request. Really, why can't the CFL make their players' salaries public?
  11. https://www.tsn.ca/sens-put-high-price-tag-on-brassard-1.995990 That's a pretty insane ask.
  12. Wow, that's very unexpected. Ti-Cats re-sign WR Tasker: https://www.tsn.ca/ticats-sign-tasker-to-two-year-extension-1.996079
  13. Great start and a very dominant first period. But one mistake and it's a tie game. Hellebuyck should've had that puck.
  14. The Jets need to get back on track. They barely held on vs. the Coyotes and that carried over into last night's bed-shitting. The Rangers are in pretty rough shape and are coming off a win last night. Tomorrow won't be an easy game for the home team.
  15. I disagree. The home opener was a disaster from the end of the first period on. I do agree on Wheeler last night, though. He was really fighting the puck all game.
  16. And then the Jets step off the gas and let the Blues restore their two-goal lead. That top pairing is really not the same without Trouba.
  17. Analytically, he's alright enough... But damn, I can't wait until Enstrom is gone.
  18. Flatbilly impartiality is a lot like the general state of dental health in the rectangle province: non-existent. The assbleed on that forum over Bowman's decision is truly remarkable.
