  1. What a useless comment. Another member posted some silly garbage "letter" from social media, and it served absolutely no purpose whatsoever save to stir the pot. Others here called it for being just that. Try and pay attention to the discussion here instead of making pointless, inane statements.
  2. https://www.newsweek.com/stock-market-1134867 What's taking place is simply not sustainable. Unless Newsweek is just part of the Libtard Media...? sidenote: how in the blue **** is the entire planet in $247 trillion dollars of debt?!
  3. The team did just fine last season and they're all a year ahead. I stand by my statement.
  4. Smith could be a nice depth piece on a team actually needing it. I don't think the Jets are that team.
  5. Collaros' absence isn't why the Alouettes won the first meeting.
  6. I'd much rather see a return of the no-huddle offense than a QB tandem.
  7. Yeah, the bolded part is all that matters. How a team gets a win is pretty much immaterial. I mean, were any of us complaining about seven years ago?
  8. Turnovers are why they lost both games. Saying the Bombers didn't show up is just flat out ignorant.
  9. Reminds me of the 2011 Blue Bombers. Up until the Grey Cup, anyway.
  10. Yeah, not at all like what's wrong with the Bombers' offense. Oh, wait...
  11. Raise your hand if you're still a self-centered, flaky, waffling piece of garbage. Man, **** Darian Durant.
  12. A solid game for Nichols last night. He didn't shoot the light outs but he managed the offense well. And most importantly, he didn't cough up the ball. Now, he needs to do it again next week.
  13. Nah, I'm sure it was something O'Shea did to him.
  14. It's absurd because an offensive unit needs multiple pieces to function and be effective. It isn't just on one individual. And your bias is well known, so I'm not surprised you've pulled out the "Fire LaPolice" axe to grind again. No different from the few here who want to pin all the blame on the head coach for an entire team struggling the last month or so. It takes a team to win. However, it still isn't justified. Everyone needs to step the **** up and be better, coaches and players alike.
  15. You do realize a QB is required to execute the plays, right...? Not to mention other players on offense. I'm not sure what to make of LaPolice's strategy recently but you seem to think the offense's struggles are solely on him. And that couldn't be further from the truth. And this notion he's handicapping the QBs is absurd.
  16. High hopes? Not really. All @JCon did was quote Streveler's stat line from week 2 and the number of points by which the Bombers beat the Alouettes that game. Keep in mind, though, he only passed for 246 yards. Some really need to learn how to pay attention.
  17. A smug, arrogant prick...? Have you met the guy or interacted with him in any meaningful way ever? Go see a doctor and get your turd-addled brain looked at.
  18. I can't say I'm a fan. At all. The only thing I sorta like is the crest with the jet in it.
  19. Not that I give a rip what another organization does but I liked this design for the Stampeders back in 2010 (IIRC?): The red, white, and silver is a pretty sharp combination, IMO. Those 2010 retros were beauties pretty much across the board.
  20. When was it actually an advantage...? Since moving to IGF, the team's home record is 20-31. That's 11 games below .500 and a .392 win percentage with one winning season (2017). That's unparalleled ineptitude.
  21. This will be a new foray for the New Era brand... Not sure what to think of that. I was really, really hoping Nike would just take over the jerseys. I remain cautiously optimistic at this point.
  22. Aren't Walters and O'Shea on contract for a while...? Should the WFC continue paying out individuals not employed by the organization? Hall will be gone after this season (his contract is up). LaPolice could be gone if another HC vacancy pops up. Even if he's not, he's a very good OC. Is another rebuild the answer? I think it's imperative the organization put together a better scouting program for INT talent. This team's ability to find receiver and secondary talent has been absolutely embarrassing.
