If there was ever an off-season for this organization to try and go all in and ice the best possible roster, this would be it.
How that looks is anyone's guess. However, with what's been going on here since February (and perhaps longer), alarm bells should be ringing for Chipman, Cheveldayoff, and anyone else who seems content to rest on the laurels of mediocrity the last few years.
Figure it the **** out. If you want the fanbase to show up, do the same as an organization.
And if it means moving on from players who can't handle the pressure of this market, so be it. And good riddance.
