Curious - what changes do you see them making to right the ship? I see so many issues with this team that I don't know how they can do that quickly enough to make a difference this season.

Yeah but I don't think you're winning a Grey Cup with a D that hardly makes any plays at or behind the line of scrimmage or comes up with those big turnovers themselves. This team could be a 11-12 win team with a tremendous offense and this D. Would struggle to beat other top teams. But with a sputtering offense probably a 8-9 win team.

Bow time we suck cuz football is built in the trenches and right now our trenches are manned by the taliban who look like just the average guy and get so excited when they actually do something the average person watching the war online starts relating to them. Kolo for example, I can snap like that and block nobody. That’s like the dude blowing up the tank accidentally then cheering that he did. Inspiring but the problem is the rest of the league is the USA army and they coming in and blowing us away. We bringing knives to a gun fight with our O and D lines.

Tough to win football games when you are getting beat in the trenches on both sides of the ball

the secondary did its job for sure. especially with in scoring range.

The OL got absolutely worked back to back weeks, and has all year, we can't beat a blitz through scheme... like what the **** are they doing there?

The Riders mostly scored because of turnovers that happened in scoring range. You can't expect a D to do more than hold them to field goals, when that happens. Bottom line: a QB who can't trust his protection, is not going to do well protecting the football.

We had 310 yards of total O. Sask was terrible and they had 337 yards of O. so if Sask was terrible, what the **** are we. Like Streveler has shown he can move the ball in relief this season cuz lol at D didn’t get the ball back sooner. Why? So we could throw another interception or average 4.3 yards per pass?

Yeah for me canadian is one spot. Lawson and Thomas split it (since schmekel is hurt). Then an American is the other DT and get some depth around the rest of the line. Jefferson at this point is a bit player, vaughters is ok but not an.every down guy. We really need 8 guys dressed there and used heavily.

they need an imp who takes the most snaps. then lawson then jake takes the fewest. ideally even two imp dts with lawson coming in to facilitate an extra imp db.

If they D was good they'd have got the ball back to the O sooner at the end. They were good in the first half, got gassed on the dl in the latter stages. Happens when most of your guys are geriatrics and you got **** all for depth.

D is consistent, but they don't do anything to flip the field or even score points. It's not like the 2016-2022 era team. This whole team is built on Collaros' arm. Except we didn't keep/bring in a #1 or even #2 receiver. Demski has stepped up, but can't really carry the team.

Sask scored 1 TD. We had 4 turnovers in total I believe. Sask scored 1 TD. D was good. Zach when injured had 160 yards passing. Strev added 34. Under 200 or just at it in total in reality. That’s not good enough in the cfl but Brady had 20 carries for ouch 83 yards. O has got oline problems and prob OC problems.

Yeah it's true but honestly without the refs help they give up maybe 14 points this game. Younger clearly has the game plan of giving up the underneath stuff. I don't like it. I wish we had more pressure along our d line. But that's pretty much what we've come to expect at this point. An offense worth their salt wins that game. Our o line sucks, our receivers are beyond meh. Our QB was injured.

Defensive line got gassed in the 2nd half... again. You can survive a bit with Lawson and Thomas, but they need a backup who can help. Kornelson ain't it.

Young guy at the Tav U rooftop downtown, after a recent road game, sees me with Bombers gear on (we had watched part of the game at DMC Brew and part at Tav U) and he says "Wow you guys watch the AWAY games??" and I had no response to this. It was then I realized that kids just come out for the party at PAS and have no clue about the team... They'll show up. And if we string some wins together before that Montreal game, it could possibly sell out ..

Yeah watching. Our offense shutdown in the 2nd half. Sure our defense isn't great but they held their own.

Guaranteed people start dressing as seats soon. They are 6 and 6 and just lost back to back against Sask. it’s getting colder and the Jets will be taking the headlines shortly. The cold weather plus basically the L today means we have really no hope of hosting a playoff game as we can’t beat Calgary or Sask. and while I agree huge fun party part of that fun is the football team was entertaining, they aren’t. They actually suck. That plus colder weather plus 6 and 6 and especially the b2b L’s to Sask, that hurts. Honestly I hope they recognize they need change cuz right now they trying nothing and are all out of ideas. I saw lots of people wearing bomber stuff this week. Bet it’s different starting tomorrow. Losing back to back to Sask basically is soul crushing.

Agreed. The thing about the Bombers these days is that they've done such a good job with the off-the-field product that people just love going to games, win or lose, because it's a huge party.

Next game is already sold out. Sellout streak probably only ends in the final game of the season against Montreal.
