qc is notably smaller than winnipeg. 500k/800k in main city area. just under 1m to just over 800k in greater area. qc is as good a target as it gets for a 10th team but they don’t need to fudge the numbers to make it look better. The riders greater area is tiny

Nope...and it serves no purpose Rotate and situationalize yiur dline but let your best lb's and DB's play their spot...like 95% of reps and substitute if a guy needs a breather.. is knicked and in a few down and distance type thing..not 2..3 guys moving in and out constantly...no need for it
