I think it comes down to three players...Bjorck, Preston or Wyatt Cullen...Smits too if still there but i think he will be long gone. Personally i like Preston or Cullen as possible steals. Cullen fits the type of player that Chevy covets imo.

As a fan of the weed 4 20 Helenius or Doane for Helle and 8 Is solid. At 4 you take malhotra carels or in a less likely scenario Stenberg. Not convinced Vancouver takes the coaches kid and him falling to 4 and us would be the ideal scenario cuz he’s a legit top 6 center prob next season already.

Chevy Made it clear he ain’t trading Helle unless he wins the trade lol. Basically Said he’s listening and asked if he’s gotten any thing in return he’d be interested in, Chevy said well, he probably still wouldn’t be listening if he did. So yeah unique situation not like soon to be UFA Tkachuk.

Evander Kane wanted out year 1. He wasn’t traded year 1.

This first round pick has taken forever as they turn it into a giant Toronto love-in. Good grief what nonsense. So if Winnipeg had gotten the first round pick, who would be announcing that Winnipeg had picked him? Burton Cummings? Neil Young? Nia Vardalos? I'm thinking no one. Lanny is like 100 years old and took a lot of pucks to the head. But yes, they shouldn't have had him doing the announcement. At least they had someone from the team make the announcement, unlike the Rangers who couldn't be bothered to send anyone up and just had Bettman do their draft pick. So weird.

I would have preferred that too but there werent several still available. It would have been either Verhoeff or Gustafsson (who would have been a reach at #8). No other D was picked until Lin at 21.

Bjorck is small but fills a big need for the Jets so I'm not going to complain about the pick.

When Lanny said the name I definitely groaned, but glad we got Bjork.

This guy was taking face-offs over Anton Frondell who is someone the Panthers will not trade..had he been a liitle bigger he would of been looked at as a possible No.1..i think we are gonna be surprised how good this kid is.

I love the Bjork pick, but just to clarify, Frondell is a Chicago prospect (played a handful of NHL games this year), Anton Lundell is the player Florida won’t trade. Easy to confuse. And Frondell is a good player, 2 years older than Bjork and oversizes Viggo at 6’1, 198.

Frondell was also a 3rd OA pick.
