Goalie Posted November 21 Report Posted November 21 Comrie and milic standing on each others heads aren’t as tall as Helle.

captaincanuck12 Posted November 22 Report Posted November 22 As crummy as it is to lose Bucky, at least it's happening now as opposed to later in the season. I'm actually looking forward to seeing Milic play. He was phenomenal in that world junior tournament in Halifax in 2023 BomberBall. 1
HardCoreBlue Posted November 23 Report Posted November 23 (edited) Okay I want to see if I can go 3 for 3 in helping the Jets win. Any skeptics out there suspend your disbelief of my tomfoolery. Once again the Jets are favored today over the Wild. So to help get us back into the win column plus really loathing the Wild, the Jets in fact are not favored but the Wild are to win this afternoon. Goalie Posted November 23 Report Posted November 23 After 2 games. 0 and 2 but Comrie not the issue in either game. Perhaps this shows us that jets rely way 2 much on 1 guy.

I agree that Nino looks old and slow most nights, but he is far and away the top ‘secondary’ scorer with 15 points, so at least he’s managing to produce. Stanley has more points than Namestnikov and he’s tied with Toews. Let that marinade for a bit.

iHeart Posted December 10 Report Posted December 10 would it be stupid for me to think that maybe I feel that the 2.0 team has created their own history?

iHeart Posted December 12 Report Posted December 12 yeah I know even when Helle was in net the team was still struggling

HardCoreBlue Posted Wednesday at 10:19 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 10:19 PM Luke Schenn describing the Jets and the Blues as two deperate teams. Can you be desperate but confident all at the same time? I'm wondering what the true care/confident factor is in the Jets dressing room outside of the cliche's used by players/coaches for media interviews?
HardCoreBlue Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Reading stuff on the internet about Nyquist and Toews being potential trade options for the Jets to part ways with, I get how current journey man Nyquist might be a better fit with another team cuz he's done that in the last while that might work get him going but not the same with Toews imo. I don't see how a different environment than what Winnipeg has created for him to excel could possibly be better to get him going unless you put him with McDavid oe McKinnon. But that's just me. I so wish this had worked out. Edited 1 hour ago by HardCoreBlue Piggy 1 1
