  1. That’s 100% incomplete. You would be livid if it was ruled a reception by Toronto.
  2. Doesn’t matter if toe was in. The talon landed on the white stripe. Lawler was a little nonchalant on that reception.
  3. I will echo everyone’s sentiments here. Special teams were sub-par but otherwise a rock solid game from everyone.
  4. Unbelievable finish wow
  5. No 2 point attempt? Vanilla team being vanilla. Hopefully doesn’t come back to bite us, but thank god we got a TD!
  6. Wow Collaros threw up a prayer and it worked! 🙏
  7. This team is so vanilla.
  8. Lawler’s offside was incredibly obvious. No referee would have let that go. By your standards, Demski would be called for offside multiple times per game.
  9. Refs let it go 99% of the time when it’s that borderline. Nothing to complain about there.
  10. Borderline offsides from receivers are let go all the time. It’s the obvious ones that get called.
  11. Lawler’s offisise was way more obvious.
  12. Zachy boy had lots of time there
  13. Agreed. He certainly doesn’t see the field like Janarion Grant did.
  14. The officiating is fine, don’t be like that.
  15. Ok I had to look at the second angle you mentioned about 10 times (the first angle is somewhat useless), but I think you’re right. That may very well be a botched call by the Command Centre.
  16. Interesting take. I don’t see any evidence that Wilson crossed the line, personally. Maybe he did, but I don’t see how it could have been overturned based on the video we saw. 🤷 I understand where you are coming from. Perhaps I got a little agressive in defending my point of view.
  17. OK I apologize for calling you an idiot. The point is, CFL refs are fine. The Command Centre on the other hand perhaps could use a revamp. They certainly seem to lack consistency and botch more calls than one would hope. In this particular game however, there is nothing to complain about. A couple of borderline plays that could have gone either way, and that not one of us has the evidence to support overturning, is not worth getting worked up about.
  18. Don’t be an idiot. Nothing wrong with what I said.
  19. I apologize for arguing with integrity. Also, see my follow-up post: I’m not completely clueless on baseball and the NFL. I just don’t care to watch them, generally speaking.
  20. The officiating has been good in the last two Bombers games. A couple of close calls in either game could have gone either way but overall, it was fair.
  21. That’s fair. That being said, what is there to complain about regarding the officiating in this particular game? A couple of close calls that literally could have gone either way? That’s just silly.
  22. When there’s nothing left to say but to double down on your disingenuousness…
  23. Lmao now you’re lying to yourself. You know who was trashing the officiating two weeks ago after the Bombers win against Hamilton? Tiger-Cats fans of course. It’s always the fans of the losing team trashing the refs, on every game day in every sport and it’s ridiculous. There is zero objectivity coming from you or most people on this board seemingly.
  24. Well you’re just being disingenuous at this point. Of course I realize that the refs can have an impact. What we hope for is that the refs don’t go out of their way to make calls that affect the outcome of a game, which they did a decent job of against the Argos.
  25. The refs were NOT bad though. People just think this way because one crucial call didn’t go our way. Realistically it could have gone either way. If they deemed it a first down in real time, it would not have been overturned by the command center either. That’s the way it goes.
