The release on DL Tennant a few days ago made this quite obvious that they were taking a DL first

I will admit that the last game we went to we did go to citi place during intermission to use the bathroom as it was actually much quicker. Problem I guess I see is MTS has 15000 and a few hundred or so seats yet it's not really big enough to hold that many ppl... there are only so many bathrooms and so much space. I do think because a vocal minority will complain that they probably will find a spot for smokers. Like the bombers set up. It's possible to do that on Graham for sure. Just a temp fence set up thing.

I think the bombers will have lots of Faith in their first overall pick.

So I guess Lawless will have to learn the Vegas expansion draft rules now cuz listening to H and L... he had no clue. His CFL reporting will be missed. His NHL reporting? Not as much as despite the fact that someone tends to pretty much die on the hill for Lawless his lack of knowledge was quite apparent at times and for a guy whose Job was to actually know sports... he had very little clue actually. Will I miss him? Nope. I'll barely notice he's gone because in this day and age.... radio and print media are going the way of the dodo and so was Gary Lawless and like Ed Tait who was missed more... he realizes it's going away also.

It's possible. Depends on the price. Also depends on who is available that they like. They won't trade in to the top 3. Cuz they just won't. Not worth it to pay the price. It also depends on who they like... perhaps they like 2 or 3 guys who they feel will be there at 13. I dunno. Normally I'd say go BPA also Cuz you aren't drafting for now you are drafting for the future but this time I guess I'll say I hope they draft BDA. Left or right is really irrelevant to me.

Glass is very Scheifele like... strong work ethic and late blooming. I feel whoever takes him will be getting the best player from this draft in 3 or 4 seasons. Patrick or Hischier might be the best 2 right now but in a few years I'd put money on Glass being the better player Think Glass Heiskanen Brannstrom are the guys who may turn out to be the best players in this draft. Really hope one of Heiskanen or Brannstrom fall. Think Brannstrom will. Heiskanen? Not a chance.

I hope that this lottery tho proves that tanking isn't the way to go. Team ranked 13 got pick 2. The other 2 were also outside the top 5. So next time you hope the Jets tank... keep in mind 1 or 2 more wins and we are in phillys 13th position and after the lottery picking 2nd. Not sure how anyone could feel for Colorado who have 3 top 3 picks on their team in Mackinnon 1 overall landeskog 2nd overall and Duchene 3rd overall. Vancouver? Bet they trade trouba or myers b4 the expansion draft or ask Toby to waive. 1 of those will likely happen. As for the entry draft.... pick 13 A decent player should be there. Heiskanen will go top 5. So Will glass. At 13... lhd valimaki and brannstrom and Hague are options. Rhd Foote or even liljegren or Conor Timmins. You will probably even have a couple centers like Suzuki (.01 ppg less than Hischier this year) (points per game) maybe a guy like Poehling and with Middlestadt saying he wants to finish his 4 yr degree at u of m (minny) he very well could fall to the Jets. Really tough draft to speculate on. I mean Hischier and Patrick will go 1 2... who goes first? No idea but 3 to pretty much 31 is anyone's guess and every bodies mocks are so different. If I had to guess the top 5 I'll say 1. Hischier 2. Patrick 3. Heiskanen 4. Vilardi 5. Glass I think You will see a run on centers also with the random d man thrown in... think Heiskanen to Dallas or Colorado makes lots of sense

For sure and that's why if we move up tonight I want pick 3 for Glass or Heiskanen

All the ppl who know more than all of us seem to think there isn't much top line talent in this draft

Lots of USA players tend to say no to this tournament. Actually US Hockey is quite strange with their decisions at times. As for Comrie... he's what? 21? Think ppl tend to forget that about him. He's very young and he's actually thought of very highly.

I actually feel we are almost at the point where we can go BP at 1... whether that guy gets an NFL shot doesn't really bother me or weigh in on my decision making. If I was picking 1st overall I'd take Geoff Gray OG Manitoba. I think it's kind of a no brainer actually. Take Gray... regardless of what happens with him... NFL whatever.... he's the guy I take. With our 2nd first Rd pick I'd take a guy who I know will be at camp this year.

There is no Matthews in this draft. There probably isn't even a scheifele actually. Most the centers are 2nd line centers at best

Hoping for 3rd to take Glass or Heiskanen but staying at 12 seems more likely. Patrick and Hischier are good but they aren't franchise changing guys.

We do have picks. But unlike Carolina who has an aging ward and a worse than hutch Lack... we have a goalie (helle) that we care about losing to Vegas. Carolina doesn't. Fwiw Darling and his Agent had no idea he was traded. Elliott makes sense but lawless is just guessing like everyone else. He's probably bottom of my want list.

I suppose cigarettes and alcohol should be a banned substance also then cuz guarantee you more people die from alcohol or tobacco abuse than they do from steroid use. Maybe we should ban cars also cuz ppl die in car accidents daily or in the states guns cuz they have more gun deaths in 1 day than steroid related deaths in a year probably

If you follow Jinders Instagram... steroids aren't involved. Hgh might be but dudes been pretty much posting pics daily about his diet and workout. Guy is busting his balls. Looks pretty natural to me. Doesn't look steroid related at all. He's way 2 jacked for it to be steroids. Steroids are more hogan from the 80s... this is probably HGH and a lot of hard work. Dude wants it and quite frankly... he deserves it. Steroids don't make your face smaller or less fatty... he's just dieting and working very hard. Supplements or HGH use for sure but those aren't exactly illegal or frowned upon really.
