I was just making online money and saw the Flores story and it made me wonder about black/minority head coaches vs white ones and I'll be real here... besides the Pittsburgh coach was it Mike Tomlin. I really I can't think of any successful non white coaches besides pinball Mike Clemons in the CFL. Even our own Richie Hall struggled as head coach.
