Dude seems like he’d take less money to look up and see full stands than take more and see nobody. I think Osh is a guy who has made it obvious he loves the cfl. And I think he knows the heart of the cfl is Winnipeg and Regina and I think he loves looking up and seeing the stands full of people here. He wouldn’t get that in Toronto. I think O’Shea with new OC and some player changes is fine. If Osh is willing to change and adapt I’d gladly gladly keep him. Gladly. Cuz head coaches seem more like it’s more about leading a group of alpha males than anything else and he appears to be respected around the league and by players so. Osh and Chad Kelly. I get the feeling MOS stays here because when you compare the 2 organizations it’s night and day. Most the fun memories of cold weather is the older Winnipeg stadium at Polo. Endzone when Westwood kicked the winning fg. The colder games at PAS haven’t been as cold honestly.

The windchill honestly shouldn’t even effect the lower bowl stadiums like peg and Regina.

So Toronto wants MOS as coach and GM? That’s interesting and kinda odd. I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable with Osh as both gm and coach. I guess that and more money is what they can offer him cuz don’t see us going gm coach but maybe we do and that’s the new trend.

Oh I agree. I’d give Osh the extension based on willingness to change and move on from some players and maybe coaches.

Plus lions vs tigers. That’s fun. I’m not a ticat fan, I hate them honestly but it be ok to see them break their streak in our stadium. Plus the Ted Goveia story and connection to Winnipeg is I think a nice thing. Sometimes the world needs nice stories. That’s probably the best one they could hope for.

I think O’Shea actually deserves to be here. Kyle or the GM tho needs to put their foot down a bit and not sign guys past their prime. It’s that simple. If Osh doesn’t want to move on from Jake kola Willie Neufeld Stan etc then you either move on from O’Shea or you don’t sign the players to contracts or you release them because it’s football. The goal should be winning. And that means making the “tough” easy decisions. If it’s not to O’Shea anymore then ok time to move on. But I’d give him an extension and tell him it’s time for change. Cuz they ain’t getting any younger. That leash would be short tho. Much shorter than it has been. in the cfl you need an OL a DL and a QB. Zach stays but takes a 100k pay cut. Streveler is done. Wilson has shown less than guys who been around 3 months. Artopoeous can be brought back to compete. probably can’t fully fix the OL and DL in 1 season but, maybe. Vanterpool, Wallace, American, Canadian, Randolph. DL could be rebuilt using Americans instead of the Jake’s and less than Jake’s on our DL. Maybe Neufeld can move to center or Vibert or trade for one really. But that’s gotta be a priority.

Not saying Dinwiddie isn’t a great coach but gm also is interesting. Good luck to RD tho. Wonder if we see sone interesting changes in ottawa. Not if actually but how many. I think lapolice is the obvious choice maybe with Khari as OC and maybe grab a Montreal assistant as DC. If Osh leaves.

So the bombers could save lots of money by letting every other coach besides O’Shea go then. Cuz wtf is the point of the other coaches. Youngers D would be lethal with the right guys. lol. I’ll bet Osh is back and we see some significant change. The reality is if Jake and crew are back it’s cuz the gm signed them. If the gm doesn’t sign some of the vets, they won’t be back. Some will be back tho and I think that’s the important question cuz you can’t just get rid of every vet and expect to win. So who do you actually keep. Brady? Demski. Pokey. Sterns. I mean the OL outside of Wallace vanterpool and Randolph are all older vets. Who stays. It’s easy to say who doesnt but what vets stay. Some will. Maybe I mentioned them there on O plus Zach. on D, Tony will be back, he deserves to compete for a spot at the least. Holm? Nichols? Kyrie? Willie? I dunno. Who on o who is FA wants to stay with hogan? That needs to be addressed first. Players fired him. Zach certainly did.

Osh interview gave me the impression that he thinks they got some work to do. The impression I got is he plans on being back. Now I’m not convinced hogan is back, reading between lines I’d suggest he isn’t back, but certainly sounds like Osh will be back.
