Yah, they need to use a working back not a show back.

Is he invisible?

I don't know why BC got rid of Jeremiah Johnson, they could use a big strong RB. Scooters need not apply.

Edmonton is looking like a second place team with the ability to challenge for first in the West this year.

A nice feature this site offers is the ability for posters to go back and edit their posts......fix mistakes and bury evidence. It's sort of like time travel in a way. 😶

Carter not distinguishing himself as a top receiver so far this season.

They'll be a good test for the new O-line, Esks. can bring the heat.

Although Alex Hall was leading the league in sacks at the time he was traded in 2013, he had plans to go to the NFL after the season ended, which he did after helping Sask. win a G.C.. He was cut by the Carolina Panthers in 2014 and returned to the Riders for the 2015 season but didn't last very long. Over the last two years Neufeld has pushed the trade in the Bombers favour, but it took a heckuva long time.

Bridge was just brought in as a backup....but of course in Montreal anything can happen.

Remember all the talk about "super prisons" 10 years ago? That was Harper's attempt to bring the private prison industry to Canada, other than one brief experiment in Ont. which failed, thankfully the idea never caught on.

Sask. is not the place to go for on-the job-training at the HC position. Dickenson will not survive long enough to grow any teeth.

"get outta my way Mike."

The velocity of those passes is amazing, Bishop throwing ropes.

LOL. You're assuming they can get close enough to the endzone for Fajardo to punch it in......bad assumption.
-
Don't blame Ambrosie, apparently he is little more than Wade Miller's sock puppet.
-
This could be an indication of bad blood developing during the recent CBA negotiations, this is almost acquiring a political slant to it were everything the other side says and does is projected as bad.

Which just goes to show that a few kernels of corn can be found in any pile of ****.

Also consider that if Strev. wasn't available and so proficient a large percentage of those TD passes would be added to Nichols stats. as they were typically achieved from the red-zone after Nichols put them in position to score.

Maybe not, but he is probably just as good as McGuire and would make a fine 3rd string QB, if only they would let him develop instead of throwing him into a red hot fire.

Brain Injuries and the future of football
Fatty Liver replied to B-F-F-C's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I dispute this claim about kid's hockey, it's non-contact until age 14 and other than accidental collisions (mostly with the boards) there is not the same risk of impact to the brain as there is in football until body-checking is introduced later on. A big factor in CTE is the accumulation of mini shocks which a lineman, running back or linebacker absorb on many plays each and every game anytime they are severely jolted, these have a cumulative effect. I agree once an athlete pursues professional status, hockey certainly provides a similar risk of brain injuries as football. -
Watched an excellent documentary on the Red Wings "The Russian Five" the other night, compliments another excellent documentary "Red Army" which came out in 2014. How I wish hockey would return to this style of play, it was so much more entertaining than the "talent not required" style they play now.

It's past time they made over-population part of the climate change discussion, the next 50 years we're going to see millions of people dying from lack of water.
