That is one thing that always stands out,how hard it is to predict how good a young Qb will be. So many variables so many intangibles. You look at the NFL and how much they spend on scouting and measuring metrics and it is still basically a crapshoot who will be a Star Qb in the NFL.

He is a heart and soul guy of our team no doubt but i compare him to a similar position as AH where it is time to have a reduced role. We have to start making that difficult transition to younger leaders. If he will take a reduced role that would be great. I am hoping 😊

I would prefer that Biggie retire but if not i think we need to get younger at Lb, and the dline. I don't think we can go another year with all our vets and get to the GC again.😔

I read it and i will say it, dynasty. No matter what happens this Grey cup we have now played in 4 Grey Cups in a row,that my friends is a dynasty. This team is special lets enjoy it while we can. I see the same small defense and a forward group with alot of questions. More depth but can that depth score? Dubois was our best center for most of the year last year. I hope I'm wrong but i see the Jets dropping big time, but it is a good year to drop draft wise. We get rid of dead weight Scheifele and Helle and maybe our rebuild ain't too long.

Some of you have this down to a tee. If MOS wins it is despite his roster management,if he loses it is because of his roster management. I get it,the guy has won 2 Cups but has some serious roster management issues. Show me ANY coach that does not have a weakness, even the greatest of coaches have issues. I have a feeling that even if MOS wins a THIRD cup some of you posters still will be bashing his decisions about his roster.
