Nope...watching both games today from start to finish. Cool day here in Calgary so cooked a nice dinner and the wife is catching up on her reading and I'm watching football. Even the dog is sitting with us. Lovin the cooler weather. 17to85 and I ditched the wives tonight. First guys night in awhile. Watched most of the first one, watching the Stamps game now before heading to Comedy Cave on McLeod....And cap off the evening with a pillow fight and tickle party with eachother?

Marve impressed me tonight. Too bad he only had half a practice this week; I think that was a mistake of the coaching staff to only have one practice in a week for your starting QB is making his first ever pro start. Only thing he needs to work on is his deep ball accuracy. But Marve is definitely the clear backup QB now in my opinion. It was funny, after he hurt his hand, I sit right behind the Bombers bench and saw him gulp down what looked like a hand full of pain-killer pills. Defense really impressed me tonight...Hurl had another good game and Bass and Westerman are both BEASTS!

Could be a thing with J-Homo having good chemistry with Marve, with both practicing more together as backups. J-Homo is probably a better option to stretch the defense, compared to Veltung. Veltung seems like more of a slot guy, and less of a burner.

Well it does beg the question, on a short week, with one scheduled practice and a QB making his first start, you have a storm forecasted during the practice, and the coaching staff does nothing? Seems odd to me.
