I did say praise and/or blame is distributed in varying percentages across the players, not distributed equally but the point remains QB1 is the guy who runs the show but can't do it all by himself, needs to be surrounded by a good supporting cast and have coaches/management who field this supporting cast and put them in positions to be successful that play to the QB's strengths. So when autopsies of games are done, yes bad QB play is exposed but what also is exposed is bad supporting cast play and bad coaching/management decisions. The beauty of breaking down game tape that as fans usually don't see and have the skill to understand what transpired from plays being whistled in to whistled dead. I've attended these game tape reviews in minor football and things were flying over my head constantly and/or helped me understand what was really going on that I didn't catch in real time.

I’m thinking/guessing if Winnipeg didn’t sign him that might have prompted his retirement not giving any chance for other teams to pick him up as I’m assuming he wouldn’t want to play for any other team than the BB. However if JT just wanted to continue to play football and put his services on the market, who’s picking him up?

This is a perfect example that JT the person is not a joke, he's a great guy by all accounts who has accomplished a lot in the CFL. It's not that he's dogging it, that he's underperforming where if he put more effort in and tweaked something he'd perform to the standards needed. He literally just can't no matter what his brain is telling him. Every professional athlete goes thru that sooner than they want it to unless you're a freak of nature like Brady or something. Now that I've written this watch JT come out this season and prove he fits into that freak mode and light it up. Fingers crossed. 🙂

If I'm remembering correctly, back in the day your punter and placekicker needed to be CDN to help with the ratio. Now, nope, it would be nice, but nope doesn't have to be. Same with dtackle, doesn't have to be CDN, can be, but doesn't have to be.
