  1. I'm an avid reader of Deadspin, a sports blog ran by some hilarious guys. They're currently doing a "Why Your Team Sucks 2013" edition for the NFL, and I found a funny little tidbit for the Cardinals under "The 14 worst Cardinals ever" 8) Max Hall. Peter King liked him because he was Danny White's nephew, so there's that. I'm as big a fan of Hall as anyone, just thought this was pretty funny!
  2. People would go absolutely berserk. I don't even want to imagine that kind of backlash.
  3. I have a feeling this wouldn't go over well with the fans..as much as It is plausible. "HENOC HAS BEEN BETRAYED THIS IS A CIRCUS BLAH BLAH"
  4. Yeah, that's just not very professional language imo.
  5. Oh yeah for sure! But at the end of the day it's football, and I think he's got to man up and deal with it better than he did. I hope we see some more interviews with a better attitude later on in the week.
  6. I think we would have a tough time luring any of them away, unless there's big time cash involved, even in Free Agency. Our best bet is to trade for Collaros early and hope he wants to stay at the end of the season.
  7. I don't see why this comes as a surprise that Wade and Kyle seem to know what they're talking about.. although given past circumstances I can see why there's skepticism.
  8. I feel like Kyle Walters and Wade to a lesser extent need to get a better grip on what's happening at a molecular level regarding the players. The message Goltz sent yesterday shows that there's dissention in the ranks no doubt. What I see is a lack of the team mentality. Yes Justin was "betrayed" (I don't believe that's the right word) but at the end of the day he's a Blue Bomber, and should be willing to assist the team in any way he can, or someone else will.
  9. Typical, just like every other post you make. Glad you added something to the discussion.
  10. Long time lurker, first time poster. Please hear me out. What happens if we win on Friday night? Will the naysayers and doomsday prophets go into hiding? Or will their views change? As a collective we wanted change. We needed change. Now that the change has come, we're in more of an uproar than before. I've been on this earth for 21 years, and a die hard Bombers fan for just about as long. I can't remember the glory days, the good times, but that doesn't mean I'm any less of a fan. After the terrible start and a circus surrounding the team, how could we ask for anything more than a complete revamp? Bringing in Wade and Marcel, giving the reins to Max etc.. this is football. The team should be putting players and personnel in place that give us the best chance to win week in and week out. So why is it that when Mr. Goltz gets pulled from his starting spot everyone goes bananas? He's shown that he can't win games as a starter. Why does it matter what the coaches say about starters weeks ago, when we're no better off now than we were then? Change is necessary, and these changes are in place to make us a better team. Will it be immediate? Absolutely not. But as a collective can we band together, trust our organization and hope for a better future for our team? I've never been as disappointed in our fans as I am now.
