Import o-lineman does nothing to make us better really....Neufeld has played just fine and at this point in season Harris has rushed for more yards already than he did last year, and we have given up less sacks...scored more points....if we are to reconfigure a DI spot on roster it would best be served to use it on a guy who is a return demon and is a threat to flip a field anytime he touches the ball...and hopefully play DB....Especially come fall football...a bigtime returner is vital

The scheme we ran against Edmonton is something that would be successful game in and game out, and get better as the defense settles into it too...why it wasn't done much if at all prior to this is somewhat baffling considering the results, as the main premise of it is not something new and exotic, nor unfamiliar in style to this league...very weird...and If they revert back to the "old" style they were using next game...something is really wrong. Also too...the emergence of Sayles as actually being really good (was not sold on him originally) as well as Alexander really settling in and becoming a presence might possibly be allowing us to play this style more now...if things are gelling and coming together ...finally now and the defense is peaking....it's the perfect time for it to happen with playoffs coming right up and possible jockying for position in final standings

WHO CARES....if taxes pay for it so be it as in the end nobody will notice it on their own personal bottom line...you were gonna pay tax anyway toward..whatever so big deal This is a big win win for the Bombers and the University...Based on the average revenue from the Stadium and Bombers since it opened they have been in the black like what...anywhere from 7 to 10 million a year (more if hosting a Grey Cup)? On going now this will allow for a percentage to be put away each year for maintenance and upgrades etc...and a nice portion of profit each year in the Bombers pockets...which in the longterm will venerable the team to continually attract higher end free agents and players....sure it has no effect on the SMS as all teams play under the same figure.....but adding amenities..facility perks...treatment options..player perks..etc...it goes a long way in a SMS based league..especially short career one such as in football at the lesser wage earned in Canada

If demski cant go..I'd put Woli in the slot and Simonese outside..we be a better offence with at than with Peterman in..still too inconsistent and has had 3 or 4 pretty bad drops last 2 games. Simonese would draw constant attention on boundary and is likely able to cause some mismatches

Weeks 2..6..7...9..11..and 14 threw for over 300...as well as in playoffs with 4 games in high 200' s sprinkled in there...and was winning He's obvious not at 100 percent and it affecting his game..I say kudos for toughing it out to be honest

Neufeld has been just fine at guard...actually more than fine...the fact he strugged a bit at Tackle is really insignificant, as technically he is an injury replacement there and 3rd in line for that spot

yeah...and at 5-3 we did as well....by all accounts both here and in media...things are cyclical and can turn in an instant. I wouldn't say Mass is a great HC..nor is Benevidies a great DC....Their defense was just as suspect, if not more than ours I think...and still is....our defense struggles lately are due more to fatigue and having to do too much for a lagging offence. You get this team's Ol-line back intact, and run an offence similar to the first 3rd of the season and things don't seem so dire..

Hey...Schmoes last year...what lost 6 or 7 in a row...and looked way more brutal than this team in doing so, with both teams having injuries during it...and they ended up just fine and were in West Final Re-group over bye..Get Hardrick and Dressler back...Harris rested...maybe re-evaluate a few areas, possibly bring in a new guy who is proven ....and continue on and get hot when it counts The season is no way shape or form a lost season right now...people gotta chill...it's frustrating and all...but cmon man

You got that I played defense from that? Well done very perceptive..but yes played mlb..some DE and long snapped. Used to be a QB at one time..funny story that one time we were out at a local bar..Scandals..and I had an old team jacket on that said QB on my sleave and Quincy William's who played dline here at the time said to me.." man if you were the QB of that team I'd sure would have hated to play your team!"...lol..mind you at that time I was probably pushing about 285 pounds

looking at depth chart we have 3 extra oline man ...and ony 21 canadians listed...so to me looks like they all dress with just Wild sitting...Or Hardrick is actually not gonna play and is a smokescreen, and we dress 2 extra olineman with Wild drawing in....either way..I thin k we are going to be doing some run heavy and creative run plays to wear down and spread out the Rider defense

Not necessary...this is also a good way to pull more of the linebackers and the D-lineman they drop off closer to the line...into the box and freeing up space more in the mid to intermediate zones eliminating the congested zone coverages the Riders like to run. Probably if anything give us some more 1 on 1 match-ups with Adams..Thompkins and Woli to be honest..

basically the last 3 years and up to now...thats a pretty good amount of games and current and past to evaluate from...he hasn't done anything spectacular this year to show he is a top tier guy...as hasn't Nichols since he came back from injury...up until that his numbers speak for themselves...as do the wins considering he played on a team with a leaky sieve defense QB's with concussion history/issues are more prone to be done from a good shot...sometimes just an innocent shot that wasn't much...ala Collaros already once this year...Nichols I believe is hurt...but has been very durable since he took over in 2015...up until lately And Collaros' record of 4-1...not sure when you tied a team...but whatever....is nothing to do with him...a team that has scored on average 19 offensive points per game all year...and has passed for 7 td's after 10 games isn't winning because of QB play...if you actually think that..then your just as clueless as most Rider clowns who think everything related to Riders is the best... And wouldn't Collaro's 5 td's vs 4 Pics...and Bridges 1 TD vs 3 picks for a total of 6 TD'd vs 7 Picks total for your top 2 QB's be of more concern than Nichols 11 Td's vs 9 Picks and Strev's 8 TD's vs 2 Picks totaling 19 TD's vs 11 picks be more cause for concern as the season progresses?....curious about that I agree tho...everyone has an opinion and I in no way say Nichols is the answer by any means, that being said you seem to think that Collaros is a reason you guys can consistently win for whatever reason and that makes no sense as he has not been a major reason or factor in any of your wins

YoU said a team can't win games based on mediocre stats....and then on flip you say you guys are basically better based on more or less the same mediocre play, with a QB with a poorer track record recently, and most likely never to be elite agian in any offence...he is one shot away from being down and out again...any team that has a QB who won't turn the ball over and generate 20 or so points has a chance to win. Collaros' numbers are inflated with random lucky big shots as well...so really...whats that got to do with anything...take away his one or two long shots and his numbers are all based off of hitch screens and short out passess... Injuries happen, and good teams overcome them...so injuries are excuses on both arguments...You also played Harris win Ottawa when he wasn't 100 percent yet either from his knee injury..and their defense had some questions in it...neither is an issue now..so it's no gaurantee of a win. And like you mentioned...you gotta beat teams with a winning record right?..you guys are only 1 for 4 in that regard...so not like you have been beating top teams all year Schedules are irrelevant to season's end...as all teams play equal games and generally save for a game here and there the same opponents the same amount of times...you had a gravy schedule early in the year and didn't rip it up...so schedule means nothing really

iT'S NOT LIKE THE sask defense shut our run down tho...Harris ran for 55 yards on 9 carries...Demski had a 5 yard run and Lafrance..tho he fumbled which was a huge turnover had 1 yard...also Strev had a 1 yard sneek...so 62 yards rushing in a half isn't really being shut down..we went away from it, and from the play action and to give the receivers that half second of indecision on the DB's as to if it run or pass..thats what stalled us out I think...Now pretty sure that is on LAPO...Not Nichols as I highly doubt he was going rogue and changing the play calls....and if he is...and still not producing, that alone is cause to be yanked as we can't be in an Inmates running the Asylum situation...thats when you kn ow your season is done
