The fumble/incomplete pass was called correct...whistled dead on the thought it was incomplete. Review confirmd it was a fumble...but since no immediate possession it's not a turn over...its black and white...and rule is there as guys quit after whistle and it's also to avoid injury occurring...so not a gift to wpg..or theft from CGY...so that argument holds no weight that it was reason for outcome. The rtp call tho...did not fit the rules...and result of it cause a 3 point lead become 2 point..and we could of lost on a late fg...

agreed....the Wilson loss was big hit...BA was manageable with Thompson...not great...but better than with Hallet. I was thinking the same about Darby....would be a savy move....would drop right in as he knows the defence, plus he could play safety as well...and is a very good at it. If anything I would like to see us sign or trade for a big dtackle monster, or a WIL linebacker..we do that and get our gyus all back from injury it would serve us real well

it's not climb the standings...more climb to 4th, and moreso the free fall I see Sask doing..2 games when u have a head to head isnt a big deficit...and SASK def has the tougher schedule to close out the season

all these injuries we have had both sides of the ball is actually a blessing as its allowed the next guy up to get valuable reps/experience, and we will know what they have to offer late in season and into playoffs if need be. Just looking forward a bit, we are gonna have Couture, and BA back....Ellingson and Thompson and Grant as for sure things...Likely BOLO too....I not gonna be surprised to see Wilson back as well as he has looked no worse for wear last few times I've seen him on sidelines and didnt have surgery...so his return window should be this yr, and they never once said season ending...just out for a while....and u can bet 100% Walters will pull an NFL returnee out of his hat somewhere....whether its one of our guys...or someone elses player who left for a chance and signs here to have best chance to win...so we will be sitting pretty come oct/nov

yea that RTP call was horrid...and could of cost us as it gave them 10 extra yards of field position and got that punt single from it when all was said and done....Willie made contact with the ball and QB as he was throwing....and both hands hit him on back of left shoulder as he came doen from leaping to knock pass down....no infraction there at all in any interpretation of rule book...thankfully tho we didnt have to listen to Suitor babble on how you need to be in total control of your body when it is physically impossible...or are thrown into a QB like when Thomas got called for it on another bs call that Suitor tried to justify

Bailey is fine..had one pass he should have had but in no way has he been dropping balls game in and out...he is vital in the non sexy stats nobody pays attention to. Encouraging tho to see Wilson on sideline moving around like nothing wrong...no cast...boot...crutches...and 100 percent positive he had no surgery..so him being back the last 1/4 of season is a given I would think...and that rest was exactly what the oline needed....played great tonight
