Yup..needing a big play or break to win..or losing because we gave up one at a critical time isnt what good teams do. Yup..took words right outta my mouth as I was making my post..we ain't tied to him by any means...if we miss playoffs this yr..which is a real possibility still..after the hoopla of our big FA signings...he should be canned right after the season ends. That will be 5 yrs in a row of regression... Why not? Good organizations make the tough decisions...if we have a new coach next yr do u think we will become the redblacks? We not tied...he can be canned if we choose to. The narrative "we cant" is just false. There is one out a team can use..we havnt...plus if he is punted we only on hook for salary if he not hired elsewhere. And if hes as good as many claim one would think he'd be snapped up immediately...no? So no worries there I also not arguing.. we have layered issues for sure...hc and gm from my experience in a solid organization work in tandem..doesn't appear both on same page here.. If a HC relays what he wants..or doesn't want for that matter a gm isnt gonna force feed things against what the coach is requesting. Thats dysfunction at highest level. He hired the coach so "should" trust in his judgment..That being said the scouts should also bring in best possible talent regardless of current roster starters..ratio deployment etc..and the best players when camp dust settles play..or are kept...now is that happening here on both sides of equation? Hard to say...but its easy to see a lot of the issues hampering us..poor allocation of players on game day roster at times..on the PR...the use of as just one example the marine wasting a da spot any number of canadians we had could have managed...Da's this yr added who took zero snaps..playing guys hurt...not demoting guys for poor play...not using the nationilzed rule cause the hc doesn't like it..using 3 canadians at WR where 2 have done absolutely nothing when we didnt have to..and based on last several games there been times we had 3 imports with only 2 canadian recievers so proves we only declaring 5 nationals on offence anyway...and dumb in game decisions and zero half time adjustments to adapt to game flow...that is all at one person's feet...therein makes sense that to avoid a total purge because if u can the gm..or gm and hc thats where u are headed...take small bites...isolate an issue...adress it..re-evalute that following season..if same issues are there...then u purge

We had our success when we loaded up with established FA guys in prime for most part. Not from our coach discovering and recognizing new talent brought in and that put us over...nope. If a anything the fleeting success was inspite of a less than optimal roster assembled and now over past 3..4 yrs where we ran established vets into ground and well past their best before dates..the whole while the coach didnt let guys develop and get reps puts us where we are now...weak as a whole and prob the shallowest in league in terms of depth and legit stars People can yeah but all they want about what..who was brought in..so and so wasn't picked up from us..nobody on pr or was deemed a backup has shown anything (tho guys who actually got on did)and blame it on recruiting and scouting but when you have a hc who can't recognize talent for talent not his "intangibles" continually hampers his roster..refuses to use rules to bolster roster and has limited capacity for the x and o aspect and ability to he himself fix things either in game or in prep..or see where/when to step in, well it doesn't matter who Walters and Co. bring in History here has shown us when u look at his yrs here in segments that Osh excels when he is provided a heavily laden vet (in prime) roster who self police and almost coach themselves...when that evaporates...or isnt there like his first 4yrs...well he looks much like he does now and sadly is..an arrogant guy who nary has a clue and gets upset when asked about it but can't accept accountability Your last statement echoes what I was saying...100 percent

When u have a 600k qb who can't climb the pocket..have escapability and essentially turtles when any threat of pressure is in his face..u generally are bottom of league in that stat..not saying our line is great by any means but not as bad as they seem..victims of what i said..some horrible schemes and weakest center in league who I dont think is making the right calls..let alone recognizing fronts and blitzers to make call outs Never thought with the dumping of kolo that in 2026 we be even worse at center...but here we are and we just keep banging our head against wall thinking that after 14 games hed be better...if anything he has regressed as teams have ample film on him and know all his deficiencies...but he got big legs according to Osh so we good

Lat week ...much like the week before was prob the best roster we have had over all....But that being said we didn't use Jaworski at all either game....and barely used Womack, tho he got more reps in second game, but just not targeted...I dont think TC knows how to best use him anyway So was okay as okay can be for those games, but also part of the issue is our pathetic PR construct and really no realistic options for players in the area's we actually would benefit from a lil juggling. Along with the back 3rd of current roster full of the same kinda player. Much like our roster when we break camp ...Our game plans are what they are and that's what we will roll with come hell or high water...is it the stubbornness and lack of preparation/coaching to adjust a game plan once you have 2 quarters played to fix/address insitu things?...or an inability to actually see/identify the issues and fix on the fly? I think it's the combo of an arrogant/stubborn coach and also limited chops from the collective group to do it...we have quite a few good players currently...probably a bunch who we dont even see as being good who are just stagnating and rotting on the vine by no fault of their own....And nobody seems to have the balls to put foot down and be the heavy. Looking at most our losses, it is pretty hard to defend the coaching and what seems to be lazy and complacent preperation week in and week out Thats why we need a coach who can recognize talent...or lack there off...Look forward not back, and target guys in FA in prime...or just hitting it, and will be top tier guys for several yrs moving forward and abandon this reliance on older guys whom "had" success....but are on wrong side of 30...and allow your actual young taent you have to show up and fill the roles....or move on from them too We passed on a lot of talent I sure we could have grabbed from 2022 thru to last off-season cause we figured "we good" with the old guard....and obviously as we seen...we weren't, and now we really on the precipice of total over haul...when we never ever should have been in this situation
