Part of problem in my opinion tho is the HC ability to actually evaluate and identify the talent too....he values some things that don't translate to success on the field, and for whatever reason feels the need to play excessive Canadians at times...and in key spots when not needed If a scouting staff brings guys in and the HC chooses to keep and roster possibly inferior guys....then that's not on the scouting staff...Part of the issue here is after some yrs of futility, and almost getting canned Osh got some success with a loaded lineup (provided by the G.M and scouts) but then clinged to way too many and made some odd roster decisions as well and we never really re-loaded or had actual transition pieces being groomed...and where we actually did...we let em walk....did we give the coach based on that initial success too much leeway in who he wanted...and didnt....and the G.M allowed it?....was it the G.M was lazy and had no balls and didnt see it, or question things?...I think It a bit of A...a bit of B....and Walter's should have played Boss a few yrs ago and sat his coach down and said....sorry if this isnt to your liking but we moving on from player A...B...etc... And the part of the not playing up to snuff...well do some better coaching perhaps....or actual coaching....and if your staff beneath you isn't getting things done, then as the HC replace them...too much back slapping....buddy buddy stuff here....Thats a good thing to a point but you also have to be cut throat and cold too at times..... I think it was the sum of the parts really...Buck started out well....but ZC was also a better QB then...with better pieces...when he started to degrade, and we had to use and integrate a lot of new bodies...and some guys with minimal to zero experience...Buck couldnt adjust his playbook, or his calls Hogan now....is limited in what he can actually do, due to lack of experience and being a first time OC at the pro level....also think he has a bit of an ego that needs to be put in check....couple that with the worst receiving group in the league...and a less than 100 percent BO...well we getting what is to be expected....crap sandwiches He should have been 6 gamed minimum right out of the gate...if not 2 times....we likely set him back ...a lot and doubt he gonna be anywhere near what he was the first 2 yrs this yr The fact he is braced up now....not a good sign at all and really....rostering him again is probably a really stupid decision...gonna hand cuff us....and him and takes away a healthy individual from play time/development sadly...I totally expect us to do this....

Doesn't want to appear as if he wrong or made a mistake....and will keep pounding square pegs into round holes over and over and over....history shows us this Is it an ego thing?...who knows....but it's a serious flaw None the less....the success and the flops and shitshow stuff is a collective of Walters and his team....and Osh and his....and of late...been more flopping and shittin round here....have they ran their course...an epic failure this yr to me says yes and change in order....this cant continue and be allowed to fester

well if it was all you say....took friggin long enough...so who knows.....and a call doen to the sideline could have happened...and yes...it does...seen it first hand None the less....I have minimal faith in the staff to consistently do right thing or make right decisions until proven otherwise....and thats based on what we have all seen....putrid coaching in a lot of areas...instances.... exactly...if it took dear leader that long to see it....then yeah he isnt the best and actually seeing what the issue is....after game 4 he should have been parked....not game 8

well...Hardrick...Desjarlais...Couture...Chungh....Dobson basically all left for more money.....(Goosen retired so Couture stepped in) ....We have turned over some guys indeed but not really by choice...we figured they were not worth the cost and didn't really have a lot left in the cupboard as it slowly eroded away....so to say we swapped a ton based on seeing Guy B is better than Guy A...isnt necessarily true Even the tackle in MTL who has played well for them we let go....Kolo has sucked for a while now....But Osh thjinks he's just great...Same with Thomas....we have guys who can replace them, as starters...even punt off the roster....but nope Yeah...Neuf is solid....not sure why many here think he's a weak spot.....compensating for a weak center thjo will affect both guards Eli is more than good enough....kinda funny people think he not...when have we seen him given the center spot and run with it for a period of 3..4 games....never......Kolo was grabbed off scrap heap languishing there for 2 yrs...nobody wanted him...we grabbed him as a deep depth piece and an injury got him in the lineup...Osh likes sub par Canadian players and will keep them in lineup for whatever his reason/agenda is....but our lie started to falter ever since...and since he has gotten older and skills (what minimal ones he had) erode even more...we are looking worse and worse agreed ....

yeah we have the guys here, and the skill sets to really set our defense on the right track....but sooooo stubborn clinging to guys who just dont make us our best....but Osh likes them....so they remain And agree...Wallace needs to stay on....yo-yopng him around is not the best thing for him....and who knows...could sit in his mind and be a deciding factor in him bolting Bailey can come on as the 45th guy for a Canadian...so take pick of Ball or Thomas...

yup.....same..maybe the demotion behind Korn lit a fire...If he can contribute like that game in and game out then he deserves to be on...He works great in the short yardage both sides of the ball so has purpose there beyond any extra reps he gets on defensive rotation...Thomas does not and is probably our slowest and least impactful guy off the snap....so why even bother

makes sense as Osh is a poor curator of a roster...right from game One in his inaugural season...and after 12 yrs still is bad at it....it never gonna change Ayers off for Woods makes most sense......J.Jones when used a lot on defiance in that initial game that Griffin went to SAM...Well the defense looked like night and day....Lat game and the one previous....he barely got on the field, and the defense again has issues..... Smart move too would be to sit Thomas a few games and roll With Lawson and Schmeck....do we see the smart move.....probably not. And yeah Ball made 2 plays last game.....as opposed to none his other 3....so really swapping him out for Bailey or even Vibert to get some snaps and see what he adds would make sense too....but we lack in the sense department as well Jones been real good on trams tho too....Ayers gets used out of position...so why not just put Bailey on for what they use Ayers for and then figure out who of Woods and Logan gets on...we need to be tinkering and seeing what our best options are

Houston has exerience in league....knows the players and the standard sets in the CFL and has familiarity with basically most our defense so if anything thats a plus Has he evolved his game and is more cerebral about his approach and picks a better time to gamble?....we shall see.....I really don't recal his CGY performance tho....did he reign it in a bit there? Dandy I also agree...why he was let go is beyond me....other than the typical Osh tendency to keep hold overs even if not the best choice....and brings a lil more physicality too which is needed Imagine if from game 1 we had dressed Person....Allen...say a Dandy, had Schmeck from game one as opposed to the what in the hell Korn rostering...Even J.Jones tho he still gets limited reps....how much further along we could be on defenc with cohesion and guys getting reps/experience

Yup...Ford was definitely a no go...that's a position easily filled every 2..3 yrs with an entry level deal if your scouting is even just average

Zc has really been outplayed in last 3...and even the 2 wins...wasn't from him shooting the lights out...both those were total team wins and riding a solid AF defence and a killer ground game.

We don't need 3 imp oline guys...u need to get off that train...that just limits us a skill position guy on offence or a key guy on defence....the 3 import olineman thing benefit doesn't really outweigh anything...gotta let Wallace grow and get used to things...he already is better than what he was first part of season We need to swap out the center if anything

I for one never said you shouldn't pay premium for Lawler or a guy like him Ford...never...especially when u can get as good or better play from an entry level American for 1/3rd the price...or even significantly cheaper on a 2nd and 3rd contract guy Plus...your backup if u need a Canadian there is way inferior too
