moreso the reluctance to move on...or have the transition plan/piece's in place....and/or playing guys behind the guys on downside to spell off and get them starter ready...we just been standing pat from success of 5 yrs ago.....and we feeling it now and our draft strategy on top of it...dictated on thinking some our vets were still good enough compounded it we also need to start employing players with edge and play on the edge....not all these super nice giys
